"This has to be THE WORST apartment complex ANYONE has ever stepped foot in. My fiancé currently lives there and has NEVER had ANYONE come to fix the issues he’s had with his apartment. Not to mention the multiple KILLINGS that happen in that area and the MOLD THAT IS CURRENTLY CREEPING OUT OF THE WALLS AND THE VENTS THAT THE COMPLEX PAINTED OVER! I am currently in URGENT CARE due to the inhalation of the mold. We can’t turn the heat on during the winter because the MOLD in the vents aggravates everyone breathing but even without the heat we CANNOT BREATHE IN THESE APARTMENTS! the entire complex just needs to be Burnt to hell because everyone that works there is INCOMPETENT and when you try to call the main office, NO ONE ANSWERS AND THE AUTOMATED MACHINE TELLS YOU TO CALL THE PROPERTY MANAGER! These apartments ARE NOT LIVEABLE AND YOU COULD POSSIBLY DIE OUT HERE. There was also a 15 year old that was shot and killed here and 3 other kids were wounded. This is NOT a place I would move to let alone give ANY money too! THEY ARE SCAMMING THE POVERTY and have the nerve to increase rent. Until they get rid of that mold, infestation of roaches and the killers… FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE!"

"This complex by far is the absolute worse place to live. I've never experienced such level of unprofessionalism in my life. When there's issues nothing gets addressed, when you call the office you never can contact anyone. Your rent fluctuates so keep that in mind because they don't tell you this upon signing your lease. I've watched 3 different management teams come here in the last year and every set of them are ignorant as hell. I was new to Georgia when I moved here so I didn't know much about the areas. I wish I knew more because this place is horrible. These units are infested with bugs and they don't tell you this. Be careful if this is a place you're considering! If I could rate them a negative 10 I would."

"I applied for this apartment complex back in April. There is a refundable cost with application of 200 dollars I was suppose to receive back because my application was denied for a credit score but my credit score was higher then what was pulled. I was told several different things about this refund, but it's been 4 months and no refund check no call no email. Also you can not reach this complex by phone. I would not recommend living here nor applying because you will be swindled out your money and lied too."

"The apartment complex uses a 'surety bond' as a deposit for their apartments vs the standard 'security deposit'. This a non-refundable fee that is usually the cost of a months rent or more. They receive a one star for this alone. Management is endorsing the practice of tenants to trash the property with such policy while endorsing the maintenance team to get properties move-in ready as cheaply as possible. This is bad for the community and bad for the complex's sustainability. I will not accept such leasing terms and hope that management one day corrects this policy. If you are considering moving to this complex, take account of the additional cost, and what you are supporting by paying such an additional fee."

"This apartment complex is trashy and unprofessional I have been waiting 4 month for application fee and deposit refund. The staff is incompetent and needs to be replaced with more upbeat people. ( younger more knowledgeable people) - $300 I haven’t received back and at this point I have to dispute with my bank - I’m so happy I passed on this roach motel ! Beware of this place it’s the bottom of the Totem pole meaning it’s the slums"
