"This place has no amenities, besides a small gym, and half of the equipment doesn’t work. The call boxes outside never work, and you’re always having to go down the elevator to let your guests in. The only good part about living there was being close to work and the maintenance guy. He’s great at what he does and he’s always helpful."

"I should've written this review a long time ago when I moved out, but just wanted to say this place was great. I lived in the apartments and wanted to be near downtown, so I found Eagle and Phenix. I wish I had gotten a view of the river, but no unit within my budget was available - im sure its nice though. The thing I enjoyed the most were the thick walls. I never heard my neighbors upstairs or next door (except maybe the occasional person walking in the hall). There's a slight woosh from the traffic on the bridge if you're on that side, but it was really not that bad. Plus a nice hotel was built nearby within walking distance (2 min or less?) where you can get drinks and/or dinner. I think this place is a small hidden gem in Columbus. I recommend it to people when I hear they're moving to Columbus."

"Eagle and Phenix apartments is hands down the best place to live in Columbus. With the downtown area expanding at a fast rate you are just a walk away from everything you need. Everybody here from Laura Moseley (she's the best) to the maintenance guys is top notch."

"Maintenance staff has always been prompt, efficient, and polite. Parking near sometimes gets tight at night but isn’t a huge issue. Laura is kind and helpful! When we moved in our apartment was spotless and ready for us to move in. I think it’s mainly from the quality of the structure, but we’ve barely heard any noise from neighbors, it’s great. We love living in such a great location, too!"
