The facilities and amenties are new and up-to-date, and the location is fantastic! I definitely recommend Gibson for folks looking to find an affordable and quality place to live."

"Very poor management. Alex refused to give me a supervisor’s contact information or even a name. This behavior is shocking considering I just had a few questions which he refused to answer. He later told my husband he didn’t know who his supervisor was. This is interesting to me because after months of work I did find out who his supervisor is. It has been the same person for almost a year. If you move in just ask for at least two corporate contacts for when Alex doesn’t help you or is abusive. Jerrico is is supervisor however he made many false promises in writing. He gave us the option to leave early after issues continued with lack of communication from office staff. We have the staff another two weeks during which this just got worse. When we reached out to Jerrico to get the information for move-out that he had promised, we were bullied by the office staff and ignored completely by all management. Interestingly when we moved in we were asked to leave a five star review to help the staff get bonuses. Maybe that is what you see below instead of true feedback. We were not told that we would not be able to get mail for over four months or if we lived on the 6th floor we have to ride two separate elevators to move because the one that goes all the way up is only through the lobby. The one place you can park a moving truck is at the elevator that only goes to 5. It took our movers over 30 mins each time to get things out. Also check out how all the doors open out from the bathroom and will hit your bed. UPDATE: The corporate took months to get in touch with us. Then, they made several written promises and summary of our meeting and did not follow them. I have been bullied again by Alex and now a second staff member. I and my husband have now experienced retaliation from the office staff and were blamed for something that happened in the building during a time when the gates were broken and anyone could get in. There is a huge lack of communication which was supposed to be addressed and it has not changed. People are leaving dog waste out, the gates are constantly broken, the parking for my one vehicle is limited if I come home late. Jerrico is now ignoring me despite his promise to help Alex manage the building. It’s looking bad, wires hanging out of the elevator for weeks. Someone did a bunch of graffiti and they just painted over it with a different color of white. They have done this throughout the building. There is broken glass everywhere in the garage. My husband pulled a piece out of his shoe. There is no security here at this time.m see other review. Also, tenants were trashy enough to go through our stuff as we were moving and attempt to take it. The staff get bonuses based on how full the property is so they have been dishonest not only to me but other renters as well when discussing move-in. Make sure you get EVERYTHING they promised in writing! This place is being trashed every weekend and no one can use the pool due to glass, nudity, smoking, very loud music and large pool parties in the 3.5 foot deep pool. Also, note how the “owner” has commented on all the positive reviews but not this one. This is exactly my experience here. If anything goes wrong, I am treated like a problem when I ask to have it fixed. INTERNET! Do you use it? You will not have service here. They force you to use their pre wired internet but it goes out if the wind blows. 20 hours out last week. Went out Friday 7/21 until Monday 7/31 and the weekend of July 15. I told the office in person on Friday but they went home without fixing it. Often all that needs to be done is a server reset but none of the staff feel that it is important enough to take 5 minutes to do that after hours. This means no internet until office hours which seem to be quite flexible. Make sure you buy lots of DVDs and pay extra for a hot spot on your phone if you plan to move here. Renting for over 20 years and never experienced anything this bad. Leaving early and glad we got out!"

"The gate we pay $75/ monthly was broken yesterday, and someone broke into my car. No help from the leasing office, I was told to “come back with a warrant” Month after month, something is broken or something goes wrong in this complex. Moving here was without a doubt the biggest regret I’ve made moving-wise. DO NOT MOVE HERE"

"The team here is absolutely amazing. They really are here to build a community where everyone can enjoy calling Gibson home! I'm undoubtedly happy I decided to live here and hope the current staff stays and continues to go above and beyond! Also, this place tested my creativity for storage since I move into the smallest studio. I'm here to tell you that you can do a lot with a smaller space! There's no reason to skimp on design creativity. My place is still a working progress but I'll share images of these shoe bins for hiding my running shoes and an entryway shelf and storage solution."
