"The Adrian Apartments are fairly new, with very amenities. The only discrepancy is that none of the Apartments come with an option for a Tub, just a shower, and water pressure is always low. The Apartments are 55+, the parking lot is always full, and if you don't have your Key Fab, you'll have no access to your Apartment."
"I have a good friend that stays there and she has some very concerning complaints! I know I'm supposed to leave good things, so I won't go into detail, but I would not refer anyone to this place.....for many reasons. Sorry....but considering it's rental for 'Seniors'......I was more disappointed than impressed!!"
"The apartments are made with cheap materials...but they are still nice. . Its always a note posted for the residents that dont follow the rules .... Its a shame that grown old people cant follow the rules! Im so glad they got rid of that snake Tanya she was the worst manager.... smile in your face and talk about you behind your back... Most of the residents are rude! They dont speak... I love the new manager she is very nice and she takes care of business. One good thing its a very quiet building most of the time.."

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness. The management was so helpful and walked us through the application process. The apartments are beautiful. Needless to say my mother and her friend are loving their new homes. Thank you for everything!"
