"I had a terrific stay here last night. The clerk who checked me in , who I just found out is the General Manager, was professional and extremely helpful in guiding me to a couple of key needs I needed to satisfy. The beds were clean and comfy. The heat worked great. Plenty of hot water and shower pressure. The place was super quiet. My only real concern that I forgot to mention to her is that the wifi is scary weak. Remote workers will have difficulty working here, but if all you need is a clean, safe room, you'll be happy here."

"I've stayed in this area of Marietta over the past few years at quite a number of the hotels that occupy space over here and I was under the impression that all of the hotels had a major problem with cochroaches, was I ever so wrong !! I'd never stayed at the Rodeway Inn & Suites. I've been here two days and Not one roach at all !! No spiders either !! It's such a pleasure Not to have to deal with shaking out my clothes before I put them on or before I'm repacking the clothes to head back home with fears that I'm bringing those nasty critters along for the ride or to invade my home !!! The management here from the time I arrived and thru my visit has been impeccable, totally courteous and most helpful, not one of my questions or concerns has gone unanswered or ignored !! This kind of treatment has not been found at 3 of the other popular budget hotels in this area !! I now know where I'll be staying each and every time I've got to come to this area !! I 'm so glad I decided to check out this hidden little gem !! The only negative things I can say about my visit and stay here are it wasn't the easiest to find on my initial drive thru and the exhaust fan in the bathroom sounds like a 1920's jalopy coming down the road !!"

"Rooms could be cleaner. Has stains on bed sheets. I definitely appreciate the fact that it had a micro wave and fridge. Most places I've been didn't. Service was great, staff was pleasant and courteous. The reason I'm giving 4 stars if for the electricity shortage for over 12hrs. The manager was nice , was really nice to reimburse for the night if we choose to go somewhere else. Just surprised there was no backup generator. Guess for the price that shouldn't be expected. Will definitely stay there again though."

"The room itself was good. Beds were comfortable and clean. Microwave was small, old and rusty in places. Bathroom area was NOT clean. Standing water in the tub, extreme mildew in the tub, shower and around the toilet. Asked several times for it to be cleaned. Was told it would be, but it never as. Man I talked to on the phone, asked like he didn't care to talk to me. Cut me off and said, yes we'll clean it. Never happened. We were there for 5 nights and not once was the room cleaned or freshened up. Also, the key stopped worked and had to be reprogrammed. Guy at the front desk did not ask for a name or ID or anything. Just programmed the key to the room number. I could have said any room I wanted. Now I have a sinus infection from the mildew, which we had to clean ourselves. I"d choose one of the other hotels in the same price range."

"Great staff members.room is always clean. No roach infestation.easy to save money. Very comfortable. Don't have to worry about unnecessary things going on.room service always give you a little time to check out. all of the staff members have good spirits. Worth the money."
