"I'm normally not the type of person to leave poor reviews but after my experience and not getting a refund back, I figured I would at least caution the next person. I ended up making a 6-day reservation at this hotel for business purposes (military-related (I'm a veteran)). The pictures are completely fraudulent. This is not what it looks like in person. My first night was horrible. The place appeared unclean (pubic hair on the bathroom sinks and floors), pee stinks on the bed sheets, cigarette holes on the blankets, and lastly my towels were just dirty. The walls were stained with black mildew and trash all over the floor. The hotel room smelled like urine and old cigarettes. I talked to the front desk about it and he completely disregarded what I said and gave me fresh towels. He said there were no clean rooms available that night so I'll have to wait until morning. The next morning I noticed that no one came by to at least clean the hotel room. I told my leadership about the living conditions at the hotel and I checked out that day. They told me to get a refund I would have to consult with third-party investors (Priceline). Priceline told me that the owner decided not to give me a refund after paying nearly $400 to stay there. I explained what happened and they said they'll reach out to the manager again but I guess the manager failed to respond. I wasn't even asking for a full refund, I just wanted a partial refund and the manager failed to at least listen to my concerns. I honestly wished that I had taken pictures as I'm aware this is just purely over word of mouth. I understand that this hotel is currently being renovated but they should've just not let any tenants in that room. The only good about this hotel is the location. I was only a few minutes away from the Air Force base. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND to make a reservation at this place. I'm thinking about reporting the hotel to the public health department."
"We booked this hotel accidentally had to drive an hour back the way we came because of it we got there it looked shady my husband went in to check us in and while waiting there were two guys fist fighting on the balcony. We went around back people just hanging out outside like it’s apartments very sketchy looking the room was disgusting we would even sleep in the sheets well there were no top sheets a rough blanket and a top shell blanket. This did not feel like a safe environment at all. We will never return here and advise anyone thinking about it to really rethink it. It’s really sketchy they had a black like in the lamp in the room you got 1 towel not that we planned on showers there heck no. Literally slept with our gun for safety."
"The listing says newly renovated but I hope it's still being renovated the door handles were not secure and you had to jiggle the handles to make sure the locked. Someone literally pushed open our door because it didn't latch. One of us almost rolled our ankle in the hallway because of all the soft spots in the floor. Overall it was clean just run down. The location was great as we needed walking distance to Dave and Buster's."
"EDIT (11/3/23): Just received an email this morning stating that whoever we booked the room through (It was Wyndham's own website, thanks) had never booked an accessible room and only left a note in the COMMENT SECTION. Which again, is another glaring lie towards the customer. I have responded in kind with a screenshot of the booking as it was made with the screenshot clearly showing that it was supposed to be a mobility accessible room. Until -any- apology is made I will not give Wyndham or any of their owned motels another dime out of my own pocket. Stay away from this one, please. If I could leave zero stars, I -gladly- would. Will never stay here again. Booked a mobility accessible room, was not called prior to check in that the room was not actually an ADA room. Was only called about their credit card machine not working. Reached the motel, upon check-in I asked if it was an ADA room, lady at the front desk shrugged and said they were ALL accessible. Which is not true. Found out from talking to Wyndham that the reservation was MODIFIED without any prior communication to just be a regular room. Found out later that this motel had contacted Wyndham (since I had filed a complaint) to explain that WE had been wrong about it and that we had been told prior to arrival that the room was no longer available. I'm only writing this review because the complaint as been concluded and we were offered points as an 'apology' .... My father is currently wheelchair bound and a standard sized chair would not fit into the bathroom nor were there any grab bars. He could not use a good portion of the room he paid for. I went back to the front desk where the lady had to ask someone else if they even had any ADA rooms. I was told to go to the 3rd floor where the bathroom still would not fit his chair and there was only ONE grab bar into the shower, nothing that had been promised. We reluctantly stayed in the first room we had been given but I will probably never stay at another Wyndham owned motel again. Also the continental breakfast consisted of just coffee. No juice, no granola bars, nothing. The front desk upon check-out still had safety bars over it and the lady working (not the same from check in) was extremely rude when I asked for a paper receipt of our stay. Not worth the headache or the lack of anything resembling hospitality. I hope anyone who needs an accessible room can find somewhere (literally anywhere) else to stay. Also not worth the headache to be lied to and to have Wyndham told the same lies to paint the customers in a bad light."
"Didn’t actually make it to the room. The hotel is in a dangerous neighborhood with lots of characters wandering round late at night. I didn’t feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot. When you enter the lobby is shabby and overly bright. The night I as there the man cleaning was making inappropriate comments and the woman at the front desk didn’t do anything but smirk and shake her head. I can’t comment on the room as I got the heck out of there. Priceline would not refund my money but it was worth it to not feel like I was in danger. These booking companies should send their loved ones to stay in this place. Low frills should not mean unsafe!"
