"They’re having a bbq down stairs from 502 loud music , they don’t care about neighbors , I called the police , they’re only to assist after 11pm . AMEEN ABDUL son is sleep ,he wakes up because of the noise. They have cursed me and made it seem like the lease agreement is okay with them BBQing outside of the apartment . when they have playground with a bbq for them to accommodate the apartment amenities."

"If I could, I’d give zero stars. Sandra in the leasing office is the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve ever come across. I was yelled at and talked to like a child when I went in the office to pay my rent with a money order (accepted form of payment per my lease). Sandra yelled that I had to pay online and that she wouldn’t take my already filled out money order. I asked for corporates number, her response “you can look it up.” I have never experienced this much hostility and hassle trying to pay rent. Outside of the unprofessional and rudeness you’ll experience in the office, you can also expect to never use the pool (which hasn’t been open since I moved here in 2021). The mailboxes are always broken (actual bird nests in some of them). Your closet doors will always fall off the track whenever you open them. There are rats, I havnt seen any in the front of the complex (except by the dumpster) thankfully but I have seen them in the back by the playground. Pros: location. Maintenance does actually come but can sometimes half do the job and unless it’s in the work order don’t expect to be able to tell them “oh and this right here.” Or “can you do..” because there is a language barrier. But even still, the maintenance men are the best thing this complex has to offer. With the prices rising…just go somewhere else!"
