"These apartments are really nice from what I saw. I was there visiting a friend. Not sure what the prices are. It's a gated community. Right off highway 85 and the access road. Inside the perimeter but not in the center of Atlanta and all the hustle and bustle of the headache. I live an exit away and this area is very nice. Check them out."
"They will never remind you of the rent payment until they can charge you the late fee. The worst apartment I ever lived in the past 10 years. The ceiling of my bedroom is super squeaky. People living in the upper floor are always making huge noise after midnight, which seriously disturbs my sleep. I have sent several emails to the office regarding this issue but never get their response. Recently, I have found several large cockroaches in my room. This place is very disappointing."
"Do not move here. This is coming from a current resident. The units are not worth the nearly $2K we pay per month. Move in was a sloppy mess, our unit wasn’t even completed when we moved in. The facilities are not up to par and the charges you get for valet trash (they don’t come on time, and even when they don’t come, you still get charged $40 per month, it’s not prorated.) and don’t get me started on the utilities. Con service is a whole scam. The trash compactor is always full and is an eye sore. This does not look like a community where rent is as high as it is. Since the closet is in the restroom, you will have to deal with mold sometimes. We told management and all maintenance told us to do was open the doors. That did nothing. The mold has ruined clothing and other items. It’s clear the ventilation is poor and these units need to be updated. The front office could be better at communication. We were billed an extra fee for months due to renters insurance they started charging us for, when we had renters insurance the whole time. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache. Find somewhere else to stay. There are more better units with better amenities and services, outside the city."
"The new management team is trash, especially Monica. It’s the holiday season and valet trash was not available, I set trash outside while I get dressed to take it to the trash compactor and I get a man taking pictures of my door. I felt EXTREMELY unsafe and took a video of him, turns out it was maintenance attempting to give me a fine. I was literally taking the trash out, anything to nickel and dime you here. I will be filing a police report as I am very creeped out at anyone lurking around my area taking photos. I follow the rules, never had any complaints and were already paying inflated rent. The walls are thin, I can hear everything my neighbor does upstairs, pet waste is everywhere bc they don’t keep the bags stocked despite residents paying pet rent. Utterly ridiculous Monica, thanks for extra bills during the holiday season and ignoring what residents really want/need."
"Property was under awesome management with Ms. Gale who is no longer the manager. However, the new management is careless and do not honor requests made by its tenants. I haven’t had any problems for the 2 years I’ve been at this property until now. It could possibly be dropping to a lower class sooner than later. Make sure if you make a request to ask for a copy documenting your concerns. They won’t even call you back to relay a message for upper management. I hope they can maintain occupancy and definitely need shoppers to come and witness the lack there of in this management. I was granted permission to submit payment a day after deadline for October. Brought in the correct amount in form of a check as directed (without a late fee). For November, I am being charged this same late fee from the month of October on top of the monthly payment. In the case where I wasn’t granted permission - I would’ve had to pay the FULL amount from October with the late fee for the payment to be accepted. So the fact that I was granted permission and paying for it on the back end without the knowledge or communication that I would have to do so doesn’t make sense as if I am at fault for asking to submit payment at a later date. It is not okay to distort the truth or granted permission. Don’t bother sending management an email either, you won’t hear anything in return."
