"The best apartment complex in Auburn. AMAZING management, every question or concern is solved immediately. Maintenance is very fast and efficient. It is a safe environment and has fun activities for the entire complex. I spent 5 years here and it was truly a home. A great place for students fresh out of high-school/dorms to live. I cannot express how wonderful the people that run The French Quarter are, truly the best place to live."

"I am so sad to say that I'm leaving this amazing place because I'm graduating and moving, but if you're looking to live here DO IT!! I have loved living here. The units are updated and at a wonderful price, new renovated pool, and there's going to be a new gym soon! It's so quiet and peaceful and I got to know all of my neighbors... some of them we have done a lot together with! Maintenance and management are actually very good. There's one maintenance man in particular named King...please get to know him! He's so sweet and loves getting to know everyone at the complex! 10/10 place, highly recommend, and would definitely live here again if I ended up coming back to Auburn."

Maintenance never takes more than 24 hours, and if it’s an emergency they are there within minutes! Anna in the office has made living here so enjoyable, she always has a smile on her face and has made my pup feel so loved. 100/10 recommend leasing here ESPECIALLY with all the new renovations we are about to get!"
