"Worst place ever. I was looking forward to the appetizers . The coocker decided to be lazy .. He made mashed potatoes with broccoli.. so cheap.. and lazy.. Mind you, I'm a diamond elite member . I usually stay in the staybridges because they always have some good appetizers. But here in this place they are cheap and lazy... Don't waste your time or money .. mind you is 200. 00 per night .. The Marriot or Holiday Inn will be better ."

"Everyone has always been very kind when we stay here. We came in on motorcycles on a cold day, arriving early (before check-in). Liz kept us updated until our room was ready, which was not long at all. During my stay I had a friend come visit, she needed Tylenol and the front desk was out, she went into the back and found a packet and offered it to my friend. Liz is very professional, and you are lucky to have her!!!"

"very clean. all the staff were pleasant and efficient . The hotel needs some updates and better maintenance. examples would be the cracked tiles in the elevator and the broken drawer on my dresser."

"DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION Checked in late on 9/15/23, booked Thru Priceline. Very disappointed with not only the room but how management failed. Carpet in this room is coming up in strips when you walk thru the room. Food was left in the mini fridge! Yuck The Shampoo and body was in the shower were completely empty and there was no other soap in the room. When I addressed this at the front desk to the Manager and another person who wanted to remain nameless, they basically shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. When I asked if they were going to do anything to compensate us I was told no because we booked Thru “3rd Party”! I didn’t decide to sign your company up to book thru Priceline! They didn’t even offer to give us shampoo or soap or offer to come cleanup the mess in the fridge. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- Especially for a legendary brand."

"I felt like I was treated with the utmost kindness here. The rooms were clean, bed was beyond comfortable, and the employees were helpful and provided me whatever I needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend the same."
