"This hotel is filthy. One room had an unmade bed and we found hair all over the bathrooms: on counters, in the shower, etc. The nightstand had also not been cleaned. We stayed here for a family wedding nearby. It was not a game weekend, however another college nearby was hosting alumni weekend so the rooms were $479 A NIGHT. So this hotel is not only disgusting, but price gauges. We could have stayed closer to Auburn proper for less money in a nicer hotel."
"We are Visiting family, & the kind desk attendant here, Amanda helped us several times, from: printing us new keys, providing me makeup wipes later and later two toothbrushes we forgot! No matter what we needed ( or @ what time ) the customer service was still excellent! The overall the rooms are cleaned well and the environment was peaceful. We found that it was the perfect place to study for our exams, looking forward to breakfast!"
"Our stay at Hampton Inn in Auburn was great!! This location is very well kept and clean. The swimming pool was a big hit for the boys traveling with us. The breakfast was delicious and one of the best I have ever eaten!! The breakfast area also is super clean and very beautifully decorated."
