"Horrible! Begging for the room to be Cleaned Cleaning was done once in about 8 days after multiple requests. Stained towels Price went up from 72 to 400 Room smells like mold My partners room had a note to open door handle a special way because it keeps falling off. Keys failed consistently And the best they have cockroaches!!!!"

"This was by far one of the WORST hotel/motel stays I have ever had. The rooms are in dire need of deep cleaning. Floors and carpet were dirty, nothing had been dusted. I felt filthy after staying one night. Too bad there weren't other options, but I will stay in Atlanta before staying there again."

"I am not usually a review type of person but the less than favorable reviews for this location made me a nervous wreck. I booked this location by accident, as I thought I had booked the Quality Inn by the mall. By the time I realized the mistake it was too late to cancel. Season AU football ticketholder and AUMB mom in town for homecoming/ parents weekend. I would definitely stay here again. I came in fearing a Clarion type of experience and was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was spotless, the young women at the desk was friendly and helpful. My 1st floor room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The mattresses felt and appeared to fairly new. The location is perfect for me as my son lives 1 mile away. When you come in for every home game you spend a small fortune on hotels and I try to stick to one brand so I can use points for the "big" game weekends. I think I might actually prefer this location over the mall because the rooms face interior hallways and as a women traveling alone I felt very safe. I hope this review helps other AU parents."

"Beds were hard as a rock but it was late at night and we were tired. They are in the middle of doing construction. And poor girl running the desk was left alone to fend on her own her first night so it took a good 20 minutes to get checked in. Continental breakfast was just like any other hotel (waffles, yogurt and so on). Nothing special but could be way worse. Price could be a little cheaper."

"We we’re just passing through and needed a place to stay for about 6 hours. This is not it. Pictures from website comes no where close to what this place really looks like. Choice Privilege member for 22 years and this is the worse Quality Inn we have ever stayed in. When we first arrived checking in was fine. Then, unloaded to find there is no elevator. Pillow are really small, room stinks, bathroom was filthy, bathroom mirror full of water spots, bath tub has pile of chemicals that weren’t wiped off on the back of it, vent in bathroom is falling down, smoke detector has been removed with wire hanging, and tv doesn’t work. Breakfast very minimal. I would advise to try the sleep inn behind this facility."
