"I have been scammed out of $300!!! Been a Resident for going on 3 years. The new property Manager Isiah told me to bring a Money order for $300 in order to transfer into a 3 bedroom from a 2. I was told my income was to high by Janice after submitting application and Stubs. The day I applied (1/3/24) Isiah informed me after I asked how much would be refunded if I was denied for any reason. He stated "I'll make sure you get all of it back applied to your account". I have been calling since the beginning of January to get the $300 applied to my account only to be hung up on by Sharon and constantly told I can't speak with Isiah. I have also been into the office with no way to speak with Isiah per the office staff. Now I'm being told they don't know what happened to my Money order. I physically handed it to Janice. Along with application. This is unacceptable!! Also have a leak inside the wall that has been going on for 2 months. I have done everything possible to get this resolved with multiple work orders, emails, phone calls and inperson complaints! I've also filled a complaint with Dekalb county Code enforcement. I am having a really difficult time getting issues resolved. They only avoid you if issues come up! Please help resolve these issues I would like to be contacted from the corporate offices. Next step is filling a police report for fraud on my missing funds."

"Sharon Thomas worked tirelessly to insure that my HUD/VASH application and inspection was completed and I was able to move into my new home after being homeless for the past 13 months. I will forever be grateful for her tenacity, passion, expertise and knowledge. Since moving in one month ago today she personally insured that any and all of concerns and maintenance issue’s where addressed in a timely manner (immediately). Her reason was and I quote “ This is a reflection of me “. She makes feel as though she truly cares about the residents. She exudes excellence and demands it from all auxiliary personnel in her midst. I hope she continues to be employed here as long as I’m a resident"

"My complaints fall upon deaf ears this ongoing leak is outrageous. This is beyond the maintenance team. I work too hard to live in these conditions. I wish I could get in contact with cooperate. I don’t want any trouble, just my apartment fixed, there is a laundry list but this is priority!! I don’t deserve to come home from work to a soggy wet carpet, mold and the wall about to cave in from water damage. **I love how they respond promptly to google reviews."
