"I love living at Chelsea Place. It use to be quiet, but now the neighbors allow there kids to throw trash along with other items at neighbors doors and patio areas. Also the appliances are outdated. My stove and refrigerator haven't been changed. I have lived here since 2018. I requested a new stove and still nothing."

"Don't apply here if you're rebuilding your credit. They'll take over $200 knowing you won't be approved. I make over 70k a year and rent wouldn't have been a problem, but I was denied after explaining I was working on my credit and was told to put in an application anyway so they could take my money. Luckily, I was because the place is actually pretty ghetto and I just got approved for a lake house so they did me a favor. Just don't take people's money knowing they won't be approved based on credit alone even with high income."
