"I scheduled a tour for my family and I this past Saturday and I cannot say that I was disappointed. My initial impression was that they care about their community. When I pulled in there was a young man by the name of Trey tidying up the area. He greeted me before I even knew that he worked there. Once we entered the leasing office, he was so very kind to me and to my kids. The computers were down, but he still worked very diligently with me, Giving me as much information as he could about the property. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he allowed for me to view a unit which was absolutely gorgeous! The complex was very clean and well taken care of! The units are extremely spacious and what really caught my attention was the fact that they come equipped with a washer and dryer. I’m not sure if this is an every day thing, but I can appreciate the level of serenity. Trey was very personable so I didn’t get the impression that they were just trying to fill units instead he seemed genuinely interested in what I was looking for. I feel like I asked 1000 questions and he answered every single one of them, but what he couldn’t answer he asked his manager and they gave me a straightforward answer. I look forward to living here with my children! Also, the swimming pool is amazing! Thank you so much, Trey!"
"I had such a beautiful experience. I met with an employee named Martrevis and not only was he empathetic and professional, he made it an entirely comfortable experience. Most times people try to get you in especially with their promotions and when you arrive on the property they hit you with the surprises that may be a waste of time. He was very informative about how he could help me move in as an interested candidate, while highlighting all the things that I can benefit from by joining the community on the property. It didn’t feel forced or irrational and I’m well prepared on moving forward. I had to make sure I left something positive as it feels everyone complains but rarely do we follow through when someone in service makes an every day thing feel like a blessing on its way to you personally. I hope all my future interactions leave me feeling like more than just a consumer like Mr. Martrevis did."
"I've been out here since April 2023. I haven't had any major issues and whenever I have even the slightest problem it is quickly resolved. The two people that have been consistently attentive are Tre in the front office and Marcus the maintenance man. Tre is always professional and cordial and Marcus has gotten to my request in a timely manner."
"I moved in these apartments in March 2023 and moved out in October. For the short period of time I was there I experienced rat issues. I have exterminated at least 5 rats! The people in the leasing office doesn’t care. I reached out to them multiple times about this issue and they never responded. I had to tell the maintenance men myself to close the rat holes because I could never get a hold to the office. Not only did I experience rats, there is also I really bad flea and nat problem there too. And let’s not forget the roaches living in the walls. Please be careful! Now that I moved out, they constantly send me emails about paying them money… yet they couldn’t even respond or address the issues I was experiencing while living there. It’s also very dangerous living there too with no security or police protection. If you wanna live with wildlife welcome to the RATserve…."
"Give these stars for right now because I just moved in early November. I gave the office notices about my move two months before moving in. I applied and got approved with a fee for my previous credit history. The plan I first applied for on the site said 1b 1b no washer dryer, and then the agent told me I applied for a studio. The floor plan doesn't show a studio, but the agent apologized for the issue of the site's wrong floor plan. So then he gave me the smallest 1b 1b price. I said okay, I'll do it. When I got the email with the welcome matter, it was more because pest Control, renters insurance, internet, and app fee that they use to pay is additional to the rent. After I saw that, I said no way because the original plan I signed up for rent was affordable for me, and then the new plan price was a bit borderline for me, so adding additional things was way too much for me. I called and spoke to a lady. I think she is the manager, and I told her the issues that I've been having, and she found me another 1b at a lower price that was affordable for me with add-ons. When I came to tour the apartment, the lady told me it wasn't ready. The only thing done was the carpet. I told her that's fine. I just wanted to see the door plan. When I toured, I saw one dead roach in the bathroom and a few more in the dishwasher. I told her about it, and she said they weren't done yet. Fast forward to lease signing day. So, the first thing we talked about was money, and we came to find out that the penalty fee for my credit history (not score or income)is not refundable. That fee is one month's rent, and it is NOT refundable. I was in shock to find that out. I thought it was a refundable deposit for when you move out at the end of your lease agreement. It took me a while to calm down, but I continued forward because my old lease ended the Saturday of that week, and I was leasing this place the Monday before. So after that, we went to see the apartment, and believe it or not, the place was in the same condition as two months ago when the lady told me the rent had finished. I moved the stove. It was dirty behind there (I think I have pictures; I'll attach them if I do). I moved the refrigerator, and it had two live roaches running. I told the leasing guy about it, and I was a bit scared, but I had to think about it as most of these buildings in ATL are infested, so I asked him if he could get them to treat the unit by Wednesday before I move everything in Thursday and he told me pest comes on Wednesday. That night, I laid roach liquid down until pest control came in. On my move-in day, I had no issues. I saw one live roach behind the refrigerator, but I also saw a tiny hole back there and filled it. I didn't want to wait too long if anything else could come from there. I cleaned behind the refrigerator from dust and stuff. The water heater closet was super dirty. I vacuum that out, too. They make these places look pleasing to the eye until you move in and find all the dirty and not fixed stuff, but why not do it well from the beginning? I put a maintenance request in because my slide door wasn't fully sealed, and it looks like he put a bunch of door sealers in the area and pushed up the sliding door. Somehow, it helped, but it's still not adequately sealed. So far, the maintenance request is that I had to hook up my washer and dryer because they had no power. They came and fixed that. It took a little bit, but it's fixed. Replacing things that were missing, they fixed that as well. So far, so good. I will keep you updated if anything changes. My apartment has new cabinets new washer and dryer and new carpet."
