"I recently was on the hunt looking for a new place to call home as I am relocating for work. Location is great, still close enough to everything but in a nice calm neighborhood. It was also dope to actually tour the property w/ the property manager who actually once lived on the property herself. Kat was amazing when explaining the renovations and history of the property. She was extremely transparent and sincere with everything she shared with me. Which lead to me deciding to make this my new home."

"The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The neighbors are all nice and it's a quiet, friendly place to live that is close to everything."

"I lived here back in 2016-2017. At first it seemed like an okay place. My only issue was the parking. If you came home too late, you would have to park really far from your own building and then walk. Which also meant you could potentially come into contact with a possum. For months I wondered why people were moving in and then right back out. February of 2017, I found out. RATS!!! They had rats, which makes sense why the possums was there. I was terrified and slept in my car one night. Then I went to stay with a family member. They finally contacted me and said they found the issue. Apparently there was a giant hole behind the appliances and they claimed the contractor did it, so they sealed it up. I paid for a cleaning service to come and clean up. Few days later, rats again. I emailed the office and told them that I was going to stay somewhere else until they fixed the issue. They never got back to me, so rent was not paid. I eventually began staying at AirBnB's until I went to court with them. In the end the judge only made me responsible for a small amount owed, since I paid for somewhere else to stay. They ended up letting me out of my lease. Now that I'm seeing all the reviews talk about the rats, I felt the need to let anyone else know to contact the Health Department and Code Enforcement, if you want out. Although this place is cheap, you will be living with rats."
