He’s patient, kind, professional, understanding, and goes beyond his duties to make sure that the residents needs are met! He, Darius, and the rest of the staff are always professional and kind, and they make me happy to call this place home. I pray that they be blessed beyond measure ❤️"

"So first let’s start off by saying SLUM LORDS … I moved into this property in November and it took almost 2 months for then to fix the front door that you could tell had been previously kicked in. The door frame finally got completed 2/5 , like it’s ridiculous here every work order put in is rushed and messy. So let’s give the real I had to call code enforcement just for this complex to fix anything , the Regional manager Devin got mad and told me she’ll come take my stove she paid $500 for like lady try it and she also stated she’ll reverse the $500 she gave off the rent for January like this place is ghetto her and the ugly braids … UNPROFESSIONAL IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE…. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY … RUN & RUN FAST AF. I will be taking this property to court …. If you live here keep a paper trail with emails and contact code enforcement , it works in your favor. If I could rate it a negative 10 I would … shut this place down FILLMORE PROPERTIES are SLUM LORDS PERIOD ‼️"

"It’s been about two month since I moved in. I was hesitant at first based off previous reviews from 1 and two years ago but I’m glad I did! It’s been a pleasure living here so far. It’s a quiet neighborhood, my neighbors are friendly, and management is AMAZING. They have been attentive to my needs, concerns, and they have checked up on my to make sure my stay and everything has been working in my unit properly. They respond to maintenance call request within 24 hours and have followed up to let me know where they were with them. I see allot of review about the old team but I have absolutely no complaints about the team I’m experiencing. Erin the property manager is phenomenal and his communication is exceptional! I’m glad I followed my gut instinct and didn’t just count this complex out based off old review. I love my home the environment!"

"I've lived here now for 2yrs with on and off maintenance issues that I could live with, but it wasn't until recent months my issue (rodents) got really bad. I informed the manager (Erin) of the situation many of times and he himself acknowledged that rodents were present and highly active in the walls. I had to listen to the rodents run around in the walks day in and out for almost 2 months. This elite living and hidden gem they advertise is so false. They (management) made me think that I would be compensated for living with rats but instead I was ignored. Just be careful where you choose to live looks aren't everything."

"Renters be ware! Although this complex has potential do not let that fool you. I intended to move here as I have friends who live here until I got the real scoop. To start, the apartments are not upgraded. Secondly, there are NO amenities. They advertise a pool and a gym FALSELY. Even after almost a year of living in the complex, my friends have yet to gain access to either. Moving along, the entry gate to the complex is often not working. Unsafe wouldn't you say? The amount of crime in the complex alone is alarming so to not have that security is insane. Even after all this, my friends can't seem to get out of their leases without penalty."
