"I’m so glad I decided to move here! A big change from where I moved from. The management have been warm and welcoming since the day I first toured…. then there are community events for the residents at least twice a month. Maintenance is very responsive and even the valet trash pickup has been consistent. The apartment is lovely and the balcony is what sold it for me! It’s been good here!"

"I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with the veranda Property Management Adonis Tejada. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from the veranda , and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming graduate students looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with the veranda it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!"

I have always felt so warmed by the events they throw for the residents, the way they maintain the property with routine lawn care and breezeway washes, and let's not fail to mention the rapid response from maintenance whenever you have a concern. "This is the first apartment complex that I lived in that actually will appreciate their residence by having get togethers for all ages. I haven’t been able to get to one but I love seeing the many events they have for us. But besides that, from the first time I visited, the office staff has been so nice. We lived on the upper level and recently had to move to a first floor. Vanessa has been so helpful through this process even with my many questions. The process went so smoothly. As for the complex, the staff really tries to keep the community safe and clean for us and I appreciate that, a lot."
