"It is what you make of it, the space for the larger units was perfect for me, managment do the best they can, upgrades and repairs are attended to promptly. The trees and foilage contribute to a large insect and spider issue and their is a stray cat issue but I made the best of it for three years."

"I was stunned to find such amazing jewel nestled in the middle of everything around me. Afford and pleasant. I lived there for year and my only complaint was noise in the attic. I lived in the third floor and never could get a satisfactory answer. When I left there it was with a bad taste in my mouth. If you want to live there everything is fine however should any problems arise, forget it. And the occupany is full because the residents who live there are requesting them first. It does make it harder for new families. If that helps the people who post about vacancy."

"The website needs to update their availability. You can’t say a unit is available and then list a completely different date that’s a couple months away. Also verifying the availability isn’t clear as you have to go to a different website to even see what is available because the nicer looking website isn’t accurate with what they list. Also the phone numbers they have on google and on their website is either not correct or no one picks up… Edit: how are you going to act like you care in your reply and then not provide a working phone number or email for me to reach out to…"

"The Customer Service was poor Management even worst ! Where do you find these heartless animals at ? My apologies but you can’t call them humans manager is very racist her customer service was very bad . I will find a way to complain to her boss which they don’t even provide a number for personal that walks in try fill an application . Once they seen my husband was of color they told us no apartments are available when a tenant of that property told me they had many available . It’s sad that manager not being American comes to America with that state of mind !! "I have been living here almost 2 years. The neighborhood is quite for the most part and I mean it has its moments but what neighborhood doesn’t. Maintenance always comes in a very timely manner and fixes everything. I do not have problems and have not. Well this did not age well, My unit was one of the units that had their pipe burst due to the freezing temps. I have now expereinced mildew continously growing and I have emailed Nancy Mejia every time is shows up. I have an asthmatic child and have asked for a permant soultion. I was given a humidfer for my unit but it did not fix the problem and I was told they are waiting on contractors to do the work. I wonder if they really are or are the contractors waiting on the property managment? A month later and mildew keeps showing. Nancy told me I should see it less. I should not see it all and this should be promptly and properly fixed along with the ceilings which were just painted over. Property management should advocate for the residents in my opinion. These living conditions are not healthy or safe for anyone who was affected. Maintence may come and spray or temporarily fix and they come promptly but the issue will return. I am not pleased with this complex, real problems arose and its being shown they cannot handle it or the lack thereof to get it fixed in a timely manner. The gate does not work as has not for months, the exit gate does not work at this present time. Are we waiting on the contractors for this job too or are they waiting on this property? I am not sure what we are paying for in rent but it I cannot see it being used for upkeep of this property. This is very disappointing and questionable."
