"Worst apartment complex in Brookhaven, I moved in to a disheveled apartment with broken locks, the maintenance would complete orders without even entering the apartment. The apartments are not maintained and over priced. ALSO! they are infested with rats, I told them I had rats they put up boards in the areas in the kitchen which the rats chewed through. Left as soon as the lease was up! Don’t move here trust me!!"

"Okay so I haven't moved in yet but let me tell you the experience thus far was superb. From Bianca and Taylor doing their awesome customer service I am beyond happy they were patient with me they answered every single question and trust me I had a lot. They got me approved and I'm moving in 3 weeks I think I'm going to enjoy my time here. But the big shout out goes to Taylor that girl answered over 30 emails from me and never complained or got an attitude once she really is good at what she does."

"These apartments are incredibly overpriced, and the community is not safe. I was stalked by neighbors. My vehicle was broken into twice. The catalytic converter was stolen. My car was parked right outside my door. Police and the front office were notified yet nothing happened. The Leasing Office refuses to hire security for the community. There is a bug infestation. Roaches and fleas. Be prepared to get a dehumidifier for you will get plenty of mold, particularly in the bedroom closet. The leasing office will charge you a $75 fee for having a bike on your back “patio” but will not do anything about trash being thrown around the community. There are no bike racks in the community, be prepared to hang your bike in your small apartment or rent storage. The area has zero walkability or bike-ability. The Leasing Office will try to sell its accessibility to Atlanta but it’s not convenient especially considering traffic. Some of the apartments offer washer and dryers but they are the stack washers that ruin your clothes. The office will not replace the carpet. When I moved in, the carpet in the bedroom smelled like wet dog. There was also a lot of leaks in the bathroom and kitchen, particularly from the apartment above me. The office charges an exorbitant amount for rent yet doesn’t utilize it to make the community or your living space livable or safe."
