"My dad lives at panola gardens and we are very happy Mrs Tracy! She keeps the building clean! When my sister past she allowed us to have a memorial service there! It was wonderful ❤️Panola gardens is a great place to stay! I hope my wife and I can get a place there!"

"I too am the daughter of the displaced mother in March 2023. I think it was cruel to mislead my mother for over a month and to even have her tour the apartment just 24 hours before she was told she could not rent.Someone was very negligent, but if this is a Christian -based organization, they failed a handicapped applicant. Had the information been more timely it would have saved my mother and our family lot of time and spared my mother who suffers from heart conditions a lot of grief!!! There were a lot of cancellation fees she had endured behind this- well over $500. My interactions with Ms. Tracey was civil but I do not think she expressed enough empathy for what has happened to our mother. Hopefully the leaders that oversee this facility will be more compassionate to help us(our mother) out in this situation. It just does not look good for this to happen to an elderly handicapped individual at all."

"Panola Gardens does not treat elderly people fairly, and falsely advertises that: "Regardless of income level, every senior has earned dignity and respect." My 79 year old mother was not shown dignity or respect by Tracy on March 22, 2023. Tracy told my mother 6 weeks prior, after my mother turned in ALL of her paperwork that she was eligible to move-in to Panola Gardens Apartments. My mother purchased new furniture and scheduled her move in for 3/25/2023. At the 11th hour, on 3/22/2023, after completing a walk-through with my mother just the day before on 3/21/2023, Tracy called my mother and told her that she could NOT move into the apartment because my mother is over-income by approximately $100. Wow. When my elderly, heart-broken, disabled mother asked Tracy why she had not informed her of this sooner, Tracy's cold-hearted callous response was, "I have more people to think of than just you." Tracy is NOT professional, she is lazy, inept and abusive to the elderly. Because of Tracy's failure to perform the duties of her position properly, Panola Gardens has lost the opportunity to house a God-fearing, church-loving tenant and good neighbor. What kind of alleged Christ-centered organization treats vulnerable people this way???? I find the response to this review idiotic and disingenuous. Why would my mother ever re-apply for another unit in your facility only to once again be told she is eligible, and then later told that she is ineligible? The proposition is as dumb as your behavior, Tracy. Are you on the take? Did another family pay you under the table to cancel my mother's move-in so that someone else could be assigned that unit? Whatever the case may be, we reject your offer. However, state and federal housing authorities will be apprised of your questionable business practices."

"Kudos to Ms Tracey for always being so thoughtful, pleasant and willing to help us tenants ! It’s rare to find such a warm hearted manager who treats the tenants like family while keeping a high standard of cleanliness and excellence! So very blessed to call Panola Gardens HOME !! 7 years and counting !!! It will be my pleasure to resign my lease again. Keep up the good work Ms Tracey !! You are loved and very much appreciated!!!!"

"I moved from Panola Gardens, effecitve November 30, 2019. I would like to use this line of communication to express how pleased I was with Ms.Tracey, manager at Panola Gardens, Lithonia, Georgia. I was a resident for 4.5 years and hold Ms. Tracey in highest esteem. Ms. Tracey maintained professionalism throughout the time I was been there. She exemplified an excellent example of love and concern for tenants, as well as, dedication to keeping a pristine and well managed property. Many times as adults we manifest who we really are when we cannot get things our way by displaying childish outbursts and acting out . Through it all Ms. Tracey maintained patience and professionalism while enforcing rules and regulations which are necessary for the comfort and safety of all. You may wonder why then did I move? Strictly for financial reasons. I miss Panola Gardens, Ms. Tracey and her superb staff. Thank you for allowing me (with Pride) to have Panola made Gardens my home!"
