"I’ve been here since May 2021! The community stays clean. Management keeps us in the loop and connected to various resources from financial literacy to tutoring for the kids. There’s community events throughout the year that allows management to engage with residents. There’s never any prolonged issues with the pool or gym. The office staff is always ready and able to assist or solve any problem and maintenance ALWAYS come right away and they do great work. I will only consider moving when I’m ready to purchase a new home."

"I don’t recommend living here just off of the customer service alone. I’ve been rescheduled THREE times to view an apartment. I called today to confirm that my appointment was still happening, only to find out that the office is closed. Why the hell would you schedule someone on the day that no one would be there??!! It’s obvious they don’t value other’s time. If this is how they treat people before they become a tenant, I can only imagine the lack of consideration and effective communication residents receive after."

"I have lived at Willow Trail for six years in an older non renovated apartment, and it is slightly aged with minor inconveniences from previous tenants. I moved in as "As-is." BUT, It's a nice place to call home, we've been bought out four times. Prices are slightly high, there's an unsatisfying lack of available pest (roach) control ( can be availableuponrequest). In this recent year, trash intake at the compact has been very displeasing to the eye. Yet it's always peaceful, and quiet, especially being by the highway (occasional earth shakes being located by a rock company). Maintenance is pretty good here. Management really cares, and tries. The community is safe, and people are friendly. There's even tutor assistance for the kids on certain days. There's a lovely "twice renovated pool," under-rated gym ( well equipped), damp soccer field, awesome picnic area (love this), clean laundry mat (accept coins and cards), and a dog park (for the best doggies)."

"Worst place! I applied and got denied because “too” many people were going to live in the apartment (only my husband, me and my brother). I was told before applying that I would get my admission fee back, it’s been almost 3 months and I haven’t received anything from them. Jennifer keeps telling me the same thing over and over that they will give me a call back to let me know when it’s on the way… it’s been almost 3 months! No good communication at all!"

"We had a hectic move in day but the staff is amazing. Jennifer was great at getting our move in details organized and Tiffany (the manager) went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure that we were able to still move in on the day we were scheduled despite the other challenges we faced that day. Definitely great to have them work on moving you in."
