"Cons: the $13/day parking was really disappointing to say the least given the area is not really a downtown one with limited parking option. There's no in-room microwave if that's what you need. Note: you may get the first warning instead of being towed immediately if you don't pay for the first night so if you wanna roll the dice, you may get the first night free. Pros: room was spacious."

"Lost me at the paid parking. I stay at this property during the holidays when I come to Atlanta to see my kids. Was not welcomed as a globalist- in fact was initially told I would have to pay $25 to check in early . I understand front loading your guests but Nina was a little aggressive with her verbiage and attitude towards the fees and ‘third party paid parking ‘. Maybe check your guests in first before assuming. This reservation was made with points and thus per the Hyatt program should have included free parking … not only that - this is a private lot that is typically EMPTY. This is a Hyatt place folks not the Thompson , you need to check yourselves. Just my opinion. I won’t be staying at this location any more. The location up the road in Johns creek is much quieter and more suitable. Was able to transfer my points and reservation to Johns creek. LOTS of recent poor reviews regarding the parking charges. Hyatt Place Peachtree should really weigh their decision here."

"We have stayed at a lot of Hyatt Place hotels, and this was about average. The room had dirty sheets, but the front desk gave us new ones. The location is perfect for what we were doing. The breakfast was mediocre at best... the eggs tasted like powdered eggs. My biggest complaint was that we had to pay for parking. We always stay in this area when visiting Atlanta and this was the only hotel that we were ever charged. To me, it is ridiculous, especially since the hotel is not in a congested or busy area."

"First & foremost, the front desk was absolutely wonderful and gave us no issues with our problems and refunds. Arriving at the hotel and finding out it’s not free parking, was a huge bummer. The pool wasn’t in season but it’s been broken for months without any progression. The rooms are carpeted and not throughly cleaned, even tho renovated the carpets are bottom dollar. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all, too soft and the ac had that mildew smell once turned on. The shower is entirely too small, and separate from the sink and vanity. The closet is offset by the vanity and awkward when trying to place clothes in or take out. Overall this hotel checked all the boxes for being a 3 star hotel without being one. There’s a true 3 Star Marriot down the street that is a night & day difference, you won’t be disappointed."

"The quality and service at this hotel has really dropped. I’ve been staying here for years and for the first time was told they now charge for parking. Paid parking at a three star hotel in the middle of nowhere. The room smells heavily of cleaning chemicals. The pillow was literally just made of balls of cotton. I will not stay here again."
