"Roaches in every building and unit they have. The bathrooms are outdated and the bathtubs have rings around the tub. Not rust lack of cleaning. I have stayed 3 times there I have reported roaches dead a d alive In my rooms last night was by far one of the worst visits I've had. I wanted compensation for my trouble I was told no. I've contacted corporate same thing. Bad business disgusting rooms this hotel should be condemned the sheets old as h*** sheets looked like they aren't. Hanged everyday."
"I wouldn’t recommend this facility to my Worst Enemy! For starters these people are RACIST and Hide it very well, the ex meth head white girl who work’s morning shift and the whole entire Palestine family whole owns it and Lives there the mother the grandmother the daddy all the cousins who walk around looking and watching your every move. I witnessed all of them talk smack and harass this Transgender who stayed there for well over. 90 days and never cause any problems barely came out her room unless she was walking to the store, Whenever she didn’t have her money they would kick her off the property and all she was doing was sitting on the stairs waiting for her parents to send it to her. They are some very nice nasty individuals. They half way clean the room don’t have a microwave or refrigerator in the room for the price they charge it’s just despicable I’m going to the courts about the way they treat that sweet girl because she didn’t deserve any of that and she never once got mad or talked bad about it. DONT STAY THERE. Oh and the soda machine is in the office you can’t buy drink after a very time BUT THAT ONLY APPLIES TO THE GAYS AND BLACK PEOPLE,,,,"
"Customer service was great. I asked for a non smoking room that still smelled like smoke. Stayed in it because I was too tired to switch around after a long motorcycle ride. Room was clean. AC/heater worked perfectly. Check in time was very flexible."
"The one thing I like is how quiet it is and their location is pretty convenient. Quick access to the highway, grocery store, farmers market, restaurants, they're pet friendly as well so it's a pretty good place to relax. Rooms are decent, beds could be better but they are decent also. No roaches which is a plus. Or I didn't see in the room I was in. So really a good place to catch a little rest"
