"I'm going to save you some time and say, go ANYWHERE else. The lady at the front desk was confused from the start. Their shipment of toilet paper never arrived so they just didn't restock, nor did they run to the store like I had did to get some for their guests. The pull out couch was something from the seventh ring of hell. When I checked out she never checked me out. I had to call to even get my bill. The couch was dirty. Getting out of the hotel is possible if you leave in non-traffic times, which in Atlanta is between 11pm-5am. Too many other choices of where to stay. If there was a negative number I would give them that."
"Our travels were riddled with problems from the start. The oasis of hope was here. The Hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and clean. The shining star was the service. Knowing that our travels weren’t going great, the staff was amazing! They were accommodating and helpful, were able to give us a little extra to rest. I cannot remember the gentleman’s name that assisted us, but he worked the over night shift. They are lucky to have such an amazing employee working for them."
