"Stay away!!! Extremely dirty! Everything needs repairs! The hotel is in complete disrepair. The nicest part of the hotel is the lobby. Absolutely no continental breakfast. They also have a lot of homeless and junkies staying here. If you paid more than $40 you are being overcharged. This is a hole in the wall type place."
"-1 on my list of hotels. Checked in outside in the cold for 1. The 1st room I received had mold & mildew all over the covers & beddings, so asked for a new one for 2. The 2nd room was just as dirty & uninhabitable as the 1st for 3rd. And the on call desk jockey, Mike was the most unhelpful, rude inconsiderate customer service rep I've ever encountered. I would not RECOMMEND this place even to the homeless. I am trying to get my refund processed right now! I wish I'd taken photos for you guys, but I was just ready to get tf out."
"Was dirty, roaches, no Internet. I was horrified. No refunds after 5 min. Took that long to get my bags outta the car and get to my room. Never again. Anyone within the sound of my voice run to any other place on Jimmy Carter. They are much better than this. I tried this place because there were no more vacancies on Jimmy Carter. I slept in my car at another location. Couldn't do it and never will. RUN RUN RUN. My eyes are wide open now."
"There was a big sign that said free breakfast, continental breakfast. And they said they had nothing. I paid a $100 for that night and I had to wake up hungry. Both ices, machines are not operational. And there are always people outside the hotel and I'm pretty sure they didn't even stay there ima sue this place for advertising a free breakfast and then straight up telling you nah there is no breakfast after you pay."
"Well we stayed one night and it was a great experience. Checked out came back they gave us a room with wet carpet. Informed the Manager he said if we stayed another night he would give us a discount well that didn't happen wanted to charge us regular rate so we left. Then they ran my fiance's card three times and we were not there. We are disputing the charges but u know how long that will take. Never again!!!"
