"My building has a roach problem and refuses to do anything substantial. When you go into the office they act like they care, but will downplay it as if it’s not an issue/or say it’s your fault. I do not keep a dirty house. I’ve scrubbed this place down with cleaning supplies just for them to still be there. This complex is disgusting, no good scenery, and smells as bad as it looks. Avoid it like it’s Covid-19"

Very quiet, the neighbors are joyful, helpful and respectful, the community is very clean and nice, their apartments are beautiful and most importantly Miss Christina is the BEST! She always..., I didn't write it right : ALWAYS! Pick up the phone and answer to your needs and inquiries, she is the sweetest and helpful property manager that I met! When I first move in I was pregnant she took very well care of my family and I, she also made sure that everything get fix on time! The maintenance man is the best too! Even when he was the only one working on the community he was doing his best to have your problem fix on time. I spend 2 years on Stanford Village and I enjoyed every single moment!
