"Lived here for a few yrs they raise the rent mid lease ,never fix anything,ppl smoking pot everywhere,lil Mexican kids leaving orange peels all over the stairwell,roaches everywhere,ppl leaving trash outside their doors that stink up the stairwell,.I'd say if the rent was bout 800$ a month it'd be worth it but as is it's a rip off .I'd mention the roaches but this is Marietta your gonna have them this city is a ghetto"

"I am so pissed right now! It’s been a week and I cannot get anyone on the phone nor to call me back. The stove in my apartment broke and the maintenance man said it needs a part. That was last week Thursday!!!! An entire week with no communication from the office and NO REPLACEMENT STOVE!!!! Rent is way too high to not have stuff fixed or replaced when I ask. The apartment comes with a stove so why should I go without. I work so I don’t have time to run to the office that claims it will be open by 8:30 in the morning and by 9 still no one is there…Ridiculous!!!!!! I just want my stove—my rent is on time each month so GIVE ME WHAT I AM PAYING FOR!"

"I went with my sister to get approved for her apartment. Mrs Reaza is who helped us. She was very nice and she made sure she answered all of our questions. We showed up almost time time to close and she stayed later to help us and show us around. The apartments are older which I think gives them character and they have made nice updates. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice office staff and an affordable apartment!"

"You’re paying to live in roaches I lost a brand new bed they infested that my microwave coffee maker amongst other things as well as they fried an electrical socket because they definitely have infested the walls oh and don’t let the recent reviews fool you the manager is begging people at the complex to leave good reviews to lure residents"
