"There have been gun shots often at night. The maintenance guy enters units without proper notice People get drunk outside an sometimes can't get to my door. They don't watch their children and you often see kids outside by themselves day and night. People from different neighborhoods throw parties at the pool and leave trash everywhere. Bugs and roaches everywhere. Staff are nice."

"Do not move here. The neighborhood is going down. The sauna room doesn't work. The neighbors let their dogs run around without a leash. There is trash al over the neighborhood, and violence. There have been gun shots. The maintenance guy enters units, without proper notice. A group of men attsck a woman on the fourth of July. Another resident smashed the windows of his girlfriend's car. Guys get drunk outside. There is a gang sign on one of the buildings."

"I don’t recommend these apartments at all. The neighborhood has become dangerous with lots of car break ins and shootings. They also allow overcrowding and don’t respond to complaints. The grounds are always dirty with trash, broken glass and beer bottles everywhere. The neighbors are extremely rude and disrespectful. They don’t watch their children and you often see kids outside by themselves at all times of the day and night. There are stray animals roaming the property. I once had an aggressive stray dog try to follow me into my apartment. There are all kinds of safety hazards that the manager(s) do not address. These apartments are not worth the money they want for rent and there are no real amenities. Most apartments now have valet trash, security, cameras and events for the residents in addition to the pool and ‘fitness center’ they have."

"Gym look like never repaired and never clean. No AC in GYM. Trash everywhere around the pool and compacter. If you want to move please think there is no security. Anyone come and do anything. "I am going to sign my lease again in May. I can’t say enough about the leasing office manager Nancy and the maintenance person Jose. They both made my life so much better since I move here. I move in the Bloom a month after being Diagnosed with cancer. I was so afraid to stay by myself and they fix the problem by putting me in an apartment right next to the leasing office so that they can check on me if my car doesn’t move for a few days they call me if they haven’t seen me in a few days they call me. When I was fight cancer, I told Nancy that I didn’t have food she gave me resources to get so food.. My maintenance request are fix in a few hours. I recently put in a request to fix something I swear Jose was knocking at my door before I could hang up the phone. My neighbors are amazing. I could go on for ever telling what an amazing pleasure it is to love here. Thank you Blooom for have such an amazing staff,"
