Rutherford Glen Apartments 7100 Dawson Boulevard, Atlanta, GA 30340

"First time renter and I chose Rutherford Glen since it was slightly more affordable compared to other apartments in the city. The complex is well maintained and the leasing office staff were nice and made the moving process easy. The appliances (although new) and interior are outdated and there’s no microwave. Other complaints I had was a pest problem from the kitchen cabinets that I had to deal with myself, although being charged a pest control fee. Also they will make you pay $100+ for a gate key that didn’t work at all the first few months and would work on & off after. and the gate arm is broke so any car can follow making it unsecure.This is how I usually got in myself. There were no bedroom lights besides the closet. If you do decide to rent with them and get a unit with carpet, be very careful to maintain the carpet. I was charged $300 for a small blot of bleach stain and high cleaning fees for just 2 appliances. Their security deposit was $2,000 although my credit being good, but will give you the option of paying a smaller nonrefundable fee for a Rhino policy, which by the way does not insure you for anything. You will still have to reimburse the company for any repairs they pay for you."

From Management to Maintenance, they are extraordinary and there is no better place to live!"

"Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! I want to personally thank Estrella, Gisele and David for everything they did for me to make my move there go perfectly. My situation was a bit unique due to moving from another state and I had never seen the apartment or community in person. I was very nervous about moving to Atlanta and wanted to find the perfect place for me. Estrella’s kindness and warm personality helped to calm my fears. I cannot thank Gisele enough for her kindness expertise, patience and support from start to finish the entire team provided me with excellent care. I love the community and my apartment so much! I know I made the best choice for me and I feel perfectly safe, comfortable and ecstatic that I made Rutherford Glen my new home!"

"I don’t even know where to begin, but I will begin by saying this: Gisele and David have been too good to me, and I will be forever grateful for them!!! I recently was going through some troubling times in my personal life. I had never been through anything like this before. I reached out to the leasing office and spoke with David and Gisele about what was going on with me. They both were and are very understanding and easy to talk to. I kept them in the loop of everything that was going on with me and my circumstances. David and Gisele are definitely heaven sent and I thank God that they were able to help me. If it was not for these two, I don’t know where I would be, so I say thank you to the both of them!!! And if you are looking for a place to stay, I definitely would say, come and stay at Rutherford Glen. You won’t be disappointed!! And by far, this has been the best maintenance team that I have seen since I have been living here. It does not take days or weeks for your work orders to be completed. They are very fast and they definitely get the job done the first time around!!! Overall, Rutherford Glen is a great apartment complex to live in!!! No complaints this way. Nothing but gratitude and thanks!!!"

"The property here at Rutherford Glen is very nice, and I love my apartment. I have been living here for the past year and I decided to sign another one-year lease. I really do feel at home here at Rutherford Glen Dash helped me find the perfect apartment. David and Gisella are so pleasant to talk to and willing to fix any issues I have with my apartment. If I do have an issue, it is fixed within two days. Mr.Reggie who works in maintenance is awesome and kind and gets the job done. Everyone in the office is very professional and I feel comfortable coming to them whenever I have a question."
