"I’ve been living at 1295 West apartments for about two months now. I’ve had a wonderful experience. Atlanta has many sketchy landlords and apartment managers. But here, applying was easy and Ms. Tiana was extremely helpful, professional, and communicative. The biggest con is the lack of central heat and air but the wall unit is new and well maintained. I was only uncomfortable during the heat wave and during that time I just used fans and stayed out the house during hottest part of the day. The apartment was clean when I moved in, they frequently do preventative maintenance, and I haven’t seen a single pest in my second floor unit. The building is a little bit older and the water can take a minute to warm up but I feel safe, and cozy in my new place. It’s reasonably priced and perfect while I finish school in the area."

"Price gouging, unprofessional, awful maintenance, rude, dangerous, unethical, and a total slum. I've lived here before in a different unit than the one I'm currently living in. The experience I'm having with the rent office and corporate is a job by itself. Save yourself time, money, energy and avoid this place. Just don't do it. If I could give this slum a 0 I really would."

"Sketchy staff. Raised the rent by literally 600.00 extra per month after pushing me to renew my lease. I’ve been living here since it was dirt cheap. They raised me from 1100 to 1750 in one swoop. I’m not even sure that’s legal. Refused to return my emails & coordinate with me about some added fees. I decided it was time to leave. Threatened to hit my credit report after I gave them several consistent years as a good tenant when the place was hot garbage. Neighborhood can be violent and is consistently loud. I was getting constant emails about shootings. They continue to try to elevate the place yet have no respect for their tenants. The old management company was dope but the people in charge the last couple years are absolute trash."

"I lived in this apartment complex for 6 years and moved out because I needed a bigger place. During the time I was there, there was several different managements but I never had any issue. All my neighbors were really nice and helpful. I had several maintenance that needed getting done over the years and never had an issue. Management always take care of them. Current manager Ms. Elizabeth is very helpful and helped me out with my move out and provided excellent service.Considering my positive experience, I highly recommend this community."
