"I didn’t have any problems with my process with my application nor the staff there. I did have a unit that I was going to move in but didn’t due to personal family concerns. When I applied, I got a reply in a few days. A mgr reached out the following week to confirm my application and informed me that a mgr from the location will be reaching out via email and she did. I submitted everything in a timely manner, they reviewed it, and I did have to come in to correct a few things on my application. Latasha, the property manager and her assistant (I can’t remember her name) was very hospitable and caring. They worked with me and kept in contact with me. Latasha is a very busy person but she will take the time to answer a few questions and I was respectful of her time. When the time came for me to move, they reached out via email and I had to decline due to family concerns. I really appreciate Latasha and I did reach back out to thank them and apologize for not proceeding, but I will be reapplying in a couple months and moving there hopefully. I didn’t have any concerns with the staff, they were very helpful, professional and did not make me feel uncomfortable. The only concern I have is that it would be nice to have a gated parking lot entrance, for the safety of the vehicles."
"Predatory parking with a shady relationship with the boot company. Cars are being stolen off the lot but they are more concerned with booting their resident’s and guest’s cars. You must register your guest cars anytime they visit and the boot company watches the guest list to see when your registration expires. As soon as you don’t move your guest’s car when the registration expires, they throw a boot on it. So let’s say you have an overnight guest, and you register them from 10pm to 6am. If they leave at 6:05 am, they will get to their car and it will be booted. But yet the coffee shop downstairs can have people park in the residents lot all day with no problem. They threw a boot on my car once because my tire was on the line and said I was double parked."
"I have lived at 55 Milton apartments for about 3 months now, i honestly don’t have many complaints about my stay so far. The units are extremely nice for the pricing, i genuinely don’t think there are better looking apartments for the price in the city. If i could add any improvements i think having valet trash would be the best addition, people have to take their trash from their unit to the dumpster which creates waste issues in the hallways and elevators. I also think having parking lot security would be a great addition to the complex to help with break ins and make tenants feel safer. Maintenance has been great for me so far, pretty responsive and they definitely try to keep the property looking nice, for me the most shining aspect of the apartments has been the leasing agent Latasha, she is honestly one of the most kind people I’ve ever met and helped me through and through during my application process and after my move in, she is always extremely helpful and greets me with wonderful energy every time i encounter her, she is very good at her job…. Overall i am very thankful for my stay at these apartments and would definitely recommend them."
"Apartments themselves are very nice. I’ve also never had an issue with maintenance or the leasing office. They are very good at what they do. When we first moved in it was so clean and it truly seemed like a community effort to upkeep the property. As time went on and the building reached capacity some undesirables started sharing the same common spaces. Many mornings I’ve had to dodge vomit all over the parking lot and elevators (definitely due to alcohol from the parties and not illness). Garbage not properly disposed of and common areas being filthy (especially on weekends when maintenance is off). Maintaining a clean living environment is essential for everyone’s comfort and well-being. It helps create a pleasant atmosphere for all residents and contributes to a healthier living. This includes regularly cleaning up after yourselves, promptly addressing any spills or messes, and properly disposing of your garbage. Remember, we all share this living space, and it’s essential that we respect and consider the needs of others. Also some people allow their kids to run back and forth all day in the apartments to the point the walls shake when they do it. I’m not sure if that’s an infrastructure issue or the kids are really that loud ?? Either way it’s ridiculous to hear all day."
"Completely unprofessional, can’t get anyone on the phone during any point of business hours. I’m confused if they even have leasing in the office. After 2 failed visits and no returned phone calls they finally at least put a note on the door to contact someone via email. It’s apparently the assistant manager and when you finally get contact sh had the nerve to be rude. Do not apply online and waste your time. I was still even refused a tour. Not a bit of customer service."
