"I had an appointment to tour the property at 1 (which was offered through the site). Got there right at 1, the office was closed for lunch. If the office is closed, why offer the time? The clock stated they would be back around 1:20-1:25, so I waited since it was not long. Came back, the clock was changed to 2 PM."

"Had an appointment to tour the facilities scheduled, but when I showed up for my appointment there was a sign saying “out to lunch”. I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. I called the office and spoke to a remote worker who could not get a hold of any of the staff, but promised me I would receive a call back. I never did. If this is how they handle potential residents, I can’t imagine how they treat people once they’ve signed contracts. Very unprofessional."

"DO NOT RENT HERE I lived here for the fall of 2022 after transferring another residents lease. The apartment was fine, but maintenance is very poor. There was a hole in the medicine cabinet, sink cabinet warped from water damage, and the dryer was broken for over a month before getting fixed. My apartment, like many others, also had a roach problem. The real issues started after move out, though. After move-out, I was charged with miscellaneous fees, even though the apartment was clean upon move-out. Robert, my property manager, emailed an incorrect email address about these fees, so I was not notified about the charges. There was no effort to reach out via call/voicemail, and I have had several email interactions with him in the past, so there was no reason other than carelessness that I wasn't contacted. These charges were then sent to a debt collecter (again I was unaware of these charges), and I only found out upon attempting to lease elsewhere. After talking to Robert and finding out the issue was from a clerical error, he did not offer to help me at all to resolve the credit issue from the debt collection. Though I have paid the collection, there is still a mark on my credit which could stay for years. The management is lacking severely in attention to detail, and the tenants pay the price. If you can, I would look for other housing options before ever renting here."

"I’ve lived here for 4months. While there has been some changes it’s all worked out. The management really cares about this community and listens when things go wrong. They are quick to act and they actually call you back to check up to make sure the problem is resolved. The manager Anastasia was so helpful with by move in process and addressing any concerns I had. She resolved it so quick and easy. I can honestly say I have enjoyed living here so far."

"Do not move here. My experience has been the same as the review posted by Robin. Leasing was a breeze, The office and the model look very nice and modern. The apartment they give you will NOT look like the model. When we arrived, it was clear no one from management had walked the unit. There was construction dust and trash in our unit, the tub had never been resurfaced, multiple walls had been badly patched and never sanded. The "renovation" seems to be just an excuse to up charge for a substandard unit. The work is not professionally done. See the pictures for examples of the kind of 'renovation' that has been done. Our air hasn't worked properly since we moved in. It has frozen up numerous times, gone out for days at a time, and finally quit working entirely. We moved in in August and in 4 months have had 6 documented maintenance tickets for the A/C. Finally I am told that it will be replaced but may take weeks. This is totally unacceptable... it's been clear since I moved in that it needed to be replaced. Why am I paying full price rent when I haven't been given anything close to what I was promised. UPDATE: After 8 months and continued problems we decided it was better to pay the termination fee and break the lease. I cannot recommend this community."
