"What a disaster. First room was disgusting, dirty. Next room the toilet ran all night long. No house keeping when all that was needed was fresh towels and dump the trash. The guy didn’t know anything other than to sit and fold laundry on his shift. He wasn’t friendly at all. They have ONE housekeeper for the whole building. So of course she can only do so much. Surprised anyone would stay and work in that environment."
"Very nice and I am having a great experience!!!! The lady at the front desk (MRS. Donna) is the kindest and most helpful person in the whole world she is my new favorite person, the pool is clean and not cold I would 100/10 recommend"
"I had a very pleasant stay. Would I stay again? Yes, i felt safe and it was clean. The hotel is in the midst of a renovation. The entryway and rooms are complete and well done. The hallways need work still and can be a little off-putting, but my room was clean spacious. Microwave fridge. One thing I noticed.... my room had no smoke detector... there was a place and wires for like it had been removed but forgotten to put new one up? Breakfast was ok, no meats. Only cereals, muffins, and waffle maker. There is a pool. Road noise is there, parking is a bit tight. Staff was SO NICE! Wifi was not great but not a deal breaker. Not a lot of food options close, I did get really good Mexican down the street."
"Overall, our stay at the Quality Inn Dillard was satisfactory. The hotel is located in a good area, close to I-85 and the Rabun Mountains. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service staff is attentive and helpful. Breakfast is basic, but it's enough to start the day. Rooms have few power outlets, and some of them are located in inconvenient places. Overall, I think the Quality Inn Dillard is a good value hotel. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay in the Dillard area, this hotel is a good choice. To enhance your experience at the Quality Inn Dillard, I recommend the following: Carry a plug adapter with you if you are traveling from a country with a different plug type than the United States. If you need to charge multiple electronic devices, carry an extension cord with you."
"This place was nasty. The floors were covered in construction dust. The place was infested with roaches. One actually crawled into one of our garment bags. Luckily, we spotted it before leaving. On a good note, the employees were very friendly and helpful."
