"We LOVED our stay at this historic farmhouse! We were in town for our son's graduation from Rabun Gap Nacoochee School and the location could not have been more ideal. The interior has been completely updated and renovated while still maintaining the charm of its original state from 1880! Jacqi and Todd went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When you walk inside, it honestly looks and feels like a 5-star luxury hotel equipped with comfortable beds, high-quality sheets, plush robes, fresh flowers, and spotlessly clean. We will definitely be returning and have already recommended it to several friends. A true hidden gem!"

"I can’t say enough good things about my stay at the Farmhouse! I had my small wedding in the side yard of the farmhouse and the views were AMAZING! I got so many beautiful pictures. The owners Todd and Jacqui are wonderful. They were so easy to work with and so accommodating and thoughtful! They worked so hard to make sure the yard looked perfect for our big day. They made sure the house was spotless and provided us with a romantic honey moon suite on the upper level of the farmhouse for our wedding night! They included hand painted chocolates, wine, bath salts, a candle, and Rose petals on the bed! Todd reached out to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay and was just so pleasant and made us feel so welcomed. The house it’s self is so beautiful and clean and made the PERFECT spot for our small wedding. I used the upstairs for my bridal party, and we got ready and did our hair and makeup while enjoying the gorgeous views from the upstairs sitting area. I cannot wait to come back and stay again!! "Hands down, the best vacation rental experience that we’ve ever had by far. My mom and I went with another friend in October for a girls trip. We had such an amazing time and didn’t want to leave. We’ve already booked our return trip for next year so we can bring our husbands and let them experience it as well! The house is absolutely stunning. It’s updated just enough to make you comfortable with the modern amenities (we LOVED the fully equipped coffee bar) while not taking away from the beautiful historic aspect of the home. The owners were incredible. They really went the extra mile and added so many little touches that made us feel welcome and and right at home. From the local handmade soaps and bath bombs (perfect for the clawfoot tub with mountain views) to the fresh baked goods from a local bakery, candles from a local business owner, fresh flowers, handwritten card, the list just goes on! Todd, part of the husband/wife duo that owns the home gave us so many wonderful recommendations on restaurants and things to do while we were there. We took him up on many of his recommendations (all were amazing) but we also stayed in and just spent as much time at the house as possible. The gas fireplaces were beautiful, we spent many wonderful moments enjoying the 2 porches with porch swings and balcony with mountain views. We took advantage of the fire pit with the firewood that they provided. We played board games, cooked big breakfasts in the gorgeous kitchen, and just felt so peaceful and happy to be there the entire time. I could just go on and on, but we seriously cannot recommend the Farmhouse on Boxwood enough and we’re already counting down the days until our return trip. :)"

"Staying here was the getaway I never thought I needed to have! Such beautiful history, spacious rooms, gorgeous grounds. Incredible location - very close to shops, dillard house, vineyard, distillery, horseback riding and trails! Cant wait to come back and relax!"
