"We were searching for a place close to campus to move our daughter. Townhouse Atlanta delivered from the time we toured to move-in date. Keosha was patient in answering our questions and showed us the different options. She was also patient when I called with additional questions after the tour. Fast forward to move-in day and Mitchell was an absolute gem. He was welcoming and had the paper work ready to go. He even put in a work order to fix the blinds the day before. His attention to detail was very much appreciated. He made what would have been a stressful day a super enjoyable one."
"Great spacious townhouses with private garage spaces , lot of lighting . Great location. Only thing is old buildings and windows or doors don’t have proper weather proof protection. Lot of utility bills both in summer and winter"
"The best thing about this place is that THEY ANSWER THE PHONE! One of the primary factors in my decision to rent here. I've been a resident a little over a month and so far, so good. Any issue I have had w/ my unit has always been met with genuine concern, compassion, and professionalism by the maintenance, management, and leasing staff. It can be difficult adjusting from owning a home for several years to renting and, as a realtor who assists renters, I've encountered plenty of horror stories, however, I can truly say the team at Townhouse Atlanta has always had a great "can-do" attitude when it comes to getting things done--even w/ the recent change in management (Preston has really been a jewel!) This has turned out to be a good decision thus far and I'm looking forward to the remainder of my time here."
"Townhouse Atlanta is a lovely place to live. The community is beautiful, quiet and well kept. The staff and neighbors are amazing, really nice, and helpful."
"I write this as we turn in our keys and say goodbye to the place we called home for 3.5 years. I thought it would be bittersweet but over the past couple of months, what had gotten bad, became worse. I’ll do my best to keep it brief, and to the point. Despite the constant wafting smell of trash, the stolen packages, broken gates and poor security, car break-ins, an entire summer without pool chairs, the murder in the unit across the way (the one management tried to cover up) - we loved our place (location and accessibility). It was when maintenance began their bullying tactics and harassing us, and the property manager, Jessica C. making excuses for it, when we knew we had to leave. 1. Paper -thin windows so that you can hear clearly everyone and everything. Hope you’re not into sleep. 2. A/C was down 11 days during the summer; I was told by maintenance that it was an inconvenience for them to come back. And no, they did not comp us for the days we spent in a hotel and had to board our pup 3. Our refrigerator and freezer died, that too was inconvenient, but only after I was instructed to troubleshoot it by following “simple instructions”. Once replaced, the freezer and ice machine still didn’t (and doesn’t work) - that was June 2021! Makes cost of food spike! 4. Retaliated with a false eviction for terminating the lease - I’ll die on this hill! 5. Poor insulation = ~$371 average monthly electric bill 6. Aggressive and intrusive maintenance man. Barges into the unit complaining about having to work. All the while he’s cutting someone’s hair in his golf cart I said I’d keep it brief so I won’t harp on the full list of issues that forced us to move, but I do want any potential residents of Townhouse Atlanta to seriously reconsider before entering into a contractual agreement to live somewhere the management has given up on. Oh, and if you pay attention to some of the 4 and 5 star reviews, many of those are friends and family of the property management trying to offset the reviews from actual tenants."
