"I wanted to wait a month after moving in before leaving my review, and I can honestly say I can't fault Flats at Ponce City Market. Deja was amazing throughout the whole process. Everyone in the leasing office is friendly and goes above and beyond to help. I haven't had a single bad experience since moving in; they made everything super easy. I would wholeheartedly recommend Flats at Ponce to anyone."

"I really love living here. It’s about 5 years now and this is still my favorite place in the city, resident & tourists wise. And not to mention the new office team Deja, Darnell, Michelle, Kyle, & Tyrell! Yes I learned all their names because they are all great. Especially Darnell, he’s pretty awesome!"

"PCM shuttle bus Driver Tony didn’t allow. Me to Ride the shuttle when I clearly take the shuttle everyday this happened on 11/24/2023 at 10:45 pm and he was with another driver . I am a resident and I can’t believe I had to walk home at 11pm at night. This will be sent through corporate."

"While I absolutely love my apartment unit, and maintenance is 10/10 - the leasing office is still not organized and consistent in the way they apply the vast amount of policy they subscribe to. I have horror stories...At this point - laughable. Having lived in all the major luxury apartments between midtown and Buckhead, I can tell you these are the worst managed. I was optimistic with the hire of the new assistant manager, Deja, but she is just as inconsistent as the previous staff... If you can survive the application process and move-in (but never ask to transfer) - you might be ok... The office manager is wonderful, but unfortunately she delegates most of the renter interaction to her staff."

"Please, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT live here. The construction noise is unbearable. Do not let apartment management or sales convince you this noise is normal — there are jackhammers and drills slamming into concrete just on the other side of your walls every week, all week, morning until evening. I tried to add a video of the noise but Google Reviews doesn't allow for video attachments -- just trust that it is absolute insanity, completely unbelievable how loud and disruptive the noise is. It is the loudest noise I’ve ever experienced in a residential area of any kind and the most unpleasant rental experience I've ever had (including former snake and cockroach infestations). Imagine a high pitched voice screaming directly into your ear, all day, every day. Please do not come give this management any more revenue, they deserve massive failure for this huge oversight and inconsideration towards their tenants. Zoom meetings for WFH employees are rendered impossible. This has been going on for well over a year, as you can read from other reviews, so please do not believe any remark from the leasing staff or management that they are "working to fix this" -- none of what they say is true."
