"TLDR: Piedmont House has excellent amenities and a friendly, helpful staff. However, at the time of writing, there is a lot of construction noise coming from the west side of the building. Pros: Amenities - This apartment has some of the best in-unit and public amenities I've seen. The dishwashers are so quiet that, when I first moved in, I thought they were broken and weren't running. The rooftop patio has an amazing view of Piedmont Park. Some of the units also have raised ceilings that make the rooms look extra spacious. Staff - The concierge team, the management team, and the maintenance team have all been friendly, responsive, and helpful during my 15-month stay here. Cons: Price - You have to pay a premium to live here. Noise - Generally, you can expect the regular city noises living here. Once in a while you can hear street racers and/or emergency vehicles driving down Piedmont Ave. There is also the occasional party music coming from the bars on 10th St. However, for the past 6 months, there has been a lot of construction noise coming from Juniper St every day from 8am to 5pm. It's so loud that it even wakes me up when I sleep with earplugs. I know this is out of management's control, but it's still something worth noting."

"I stopped in for a tour yesterday, and it was by far the best place we saw in midtown! The community is cozy and thoughtfully designed. These are such spacious homes with classic and beautiful finishes. The best part of our tour though was Courtney! She was so sweet and genuine, and she helped us imagine each space come to life. She was personable, offered great insight on the area and really was a pleasure to tour with :) This community will forever be on my list for the perfect midtown home. The windows & views of piedmont park are unmatched!!"
