Signal House Apartments

"I was really excited to tour Signal House. Want to preface this review by mentioning that I scheduled 5 apartment tours in beltline / Ponce City / O4W areas. 4 out of 5 apartment complexes were timely, professional, and responsive in getting tours scheduled and completed. HOWEVER, I called Signal House day of tour to let them know I was running 15 minutes late, but the person on the phone claimed that I did not have a tour scheduled that day and essentially canceled the tour. They were unwilling to fit us in. I asked to schedule a tour for the following day. Called the next day to confirm my tour 30 min prior. Showed up for tour and woman in leasing office said they had no tour scheduled for me despite having just confirmed with them on the phone. Very unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate us after failing to follow through TWICE. Did not offer brochures, contact info, or really seem to care that they were turning us away. They offered to tour us much later in the day, but I had no faith in that working out. Also parking is kind of a mess, as there is lots of traffic coming in and out of Ponce City. Getting from parking deck to leasing office was very confusing as well. This place looks super nice, but for the price point of their apartments, I expected better customer service. Will not be leasing here. Hopefully the rest of management is more reliable than those working on leasing team. I would give more than 1 star, but I never got to view the apartments after two attempts, the website has limited photos of units, and I was not provided any additional info."

"Régine shoutout to you!!! Régine is the reason why this review/company gets a five star review. Signal Housing has one of the BEST employees to represent their company. Régine explain the tour details in depth, makes you feel like home, makes the tour fun and interesting, ask prospects do they have any questions, do a thorough walk through. I’m amazed with the scenery, location, amenities, and the staff! I definitely recommend this property to anyone in search, and I’m personally feeling out an application myself! Great job Régine, great customer service, and communication skills!"
