"I had the most amazing experience at Marley EAV! Ken Myles the property manager. His professionalism is unmatched, he took his time and explained all of the amenities and the prices as well as the apartments that were available. He offered me a drink and give me all the details about the property! He will be the reason why I rent here. 10 out of 10 hands down! My experience was nothing BUT amazing!"
"Was having trouble looking for what I wanted & came across these. I toured with Blair & she was absolutely amazing throughout my entire process. The area is a bit rough but everything is good other than that."
"Toured the facility with Ken. It was an awesome experience. I have been on 5 tours in the past week and Ken was the best yet. He was very professional and well knowledge about the facility. I absolutely love the apartment and space, especially the closets."
"After the change of ownership and management (it's no longer a Graystar property) in 2022, Marley EAV has experienced a decline in cleanliness and safety. As a former resident who still visits friends living there, I am disappointed with the current state of the complex. The hallways are consistently dirty with trash left outside. Elevators don't get cleaned and always have spills. There are cigarette butts in breezeways on every floor (even though it’s a no smoking complex). There is no security patrol or after-hours courtesy officer, which is a noticeable change from before. This lack of security has made residents feel vulnerable, especially following the shooting at the complex earlier this year. I was there this past weekend and witnessed disturbances like fights and yelling at midnight. When my buddy tried to contact the courtesy officer there was a recorded message that the feature had been disabled. Additionally, vehicle break-ins have become more frequent, indicating a lack of attention to resident safety. It appears that the new owners prioritize rent collection over providing a clean and safe environment for residents. I would recommend any potential tenants to ask questions about safety and cleanliness prior to applying."
