"The 3 bedroom apartment is nice, spacious and clean. However, the family apartment area which is in the back of the community is horrible. The landscaping is nasty. Trash everywhere. Even the trash dump bin sits in the middle of the parking lot. This place Need 24 hour security since the entrance gate don't work. High traffic and I'm sure illegal activity in the back, near the kids playground and after school area is. This area should be the corporate office main concern for the safety of the children and their community residents. I will never recommend this community to anyone. I'm filling a complaint with HUD and the Corporate manager. I will also call, call for action to see what can be done to help. My mission is to bring public awareness to this community activity and lack of concern or commitment for excellence from its regional manager, office manager and staff."
