I still have a few properties to view but based on the customer service, The Franklin seems promising."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Wish zero stars was an option! Do not believe the fake reviews that people post after touring. I have lived here for five months and I have had constant maintenance issues. For over a week I have had a service request for the complex to fix my ac and heat. I have contacted the office multiple times. They never get back to you and lie that someone is on their way. With the freezing temperatures at night it has been unbearable to live here. They do not care about their residents and do not respond to emails or phone calls."

"I have lived here for 4 months now. It is pretty quiet even next to the interstate. I never hear my neighbors. Service requests can be a bit slow sometimes and trash can get piled up by the bins. The gates work most of the time & seem to be slow to fix. I enjoy living here but I wish they could fix the gates and keep the pools cleaner"
