You are rated a 2.7 for a reason Everyone is NOT WRONG and you're not fixing it and don't care ! You go on the defensive which is what guilty usually does SO VERY Unprofessional !!!!"

"I visited a friend who lived here and it shocked me so much that I felt the need to leave a review. It’s difficult to adequately articulate how awful this place is, and the “employees” that supposedly manage it. My friend has children, the tenants above him use drugs to the extent that it fills his unit up with smoke, and he has a NEWBORN/KIDS who are subjected to that. They BLAST music daily, at all hours, it was so loud I could barely hear myself think. When the leasing office still did nothing, my friend politely tried to approach them about the music and drugs and was greeted with hostility and threats. This has been going on for MONTHS, my friend has contacted the leasing office on multiple occasions and the behavior still persists. Luckily he has documented the entire series of events from the music, to the drugs, to the INCOMPETENT staff there that can’t provide him with the reasonable peace and quiet that every tenant is afforded by LAW. I’m in shock."

"This place should be condemned for living in unsafe conditions and homeless people are living in on the property in tents in the middle of the woods. This place should be investigated by the state government and police. This should have no stars it’s below zero. NASTY Not worth $1,300 A Monthly bug infestation place. Someone Do Something About This Place Please Report It Immediately. I’m from a different state and I would never consider this place to no one."

"This place makes ghettos look like palaces. Every single apartment is mice infested and full of nasty odors. Furthermore, mold is so bad here that it has made my bathroom completely black!!! The rent is also exuberantly high. For a 19th century, one-bedroom apartment, you have to pay $817.00 a month. Of course, they charge the fixed amount of $145.00 for water and trash separately, so that their rent looks to be as low as $672.00 a month! The owners are basically bunch of fraudsters. Just do yourselves a favor and don't move here."
