It is amazing within the development and the bars / restaurants are a 10min walk away or 1 min by car. Post enquiry of the property, the team here, specifically Nikki was super helpful in articulating everything I needed to know. She made the move in and onboarding process a breeze to which I am so grateful. She mentioned initially that they try to resolve any queries within 24hrs. True to that, I had a query and they dealt with it instantly. Their communication is excellent and the sense of caring for the community is unquestioned. I would definitely recommend the development."

"Walton Bluegrass is by far best apartment community I’ve lived in. The management, led by Sam, and staff are friendly, professional, and really care. The community is safe, clean, and friendly. It feels like home with the sidewalks, landscaping, and space. Workout facility and pool are top notch and easy access to the Greenway is really nice. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and team is efficient. I have yet to find a better spot that has it all. You can tell it starts with leadership here and rare that an apartment community gets better with time."

Access to the trail is a huge plus and looking forward to Halcyon opening across the street and Dunkin Donuts right outside the gate is almost open."
