EVEN Hotel Alpharetta - Avalon Area, an IHG Hotel

"We’ve stayed at Even hotel 3 times now. Their rooms are clean and their breakfast is top of the line. Their staff is professional and kind. Who ever their hiring manager is must be an amazing person to see such qualities and hire such people. Will I visit again? Yes indeed !"

"I’ve stayed here before and it’s a great location and price. However they now charge $12 per night to park plus a service fee. First night I stayed I was not directed on check in to pay for parking and got a note on my car so I had to pay $17 for the first night plus $25 for the additional two nights of my stay. Parking is just an open small lot and from what I could see no security. Front desk states they started the parking charge Jan 1. We are diamond elite members and should have had perk of late check out at 2:00pm. Tried to confirm this the night before check out and was told that it was subject to availability and to call back between 8-9 am. I woke up early and called at 8:09 am and told a lot of Diamond Elite had already called and the most she could do was 30 minutes later than normal checkout. No big deal, but just FYI for others hoping to use their member status perks. Still only one working elevator."

"My husband and I booked this hotel same day for one night on New Years Eve. It was our first time visitting Alpharetta. This hotel was a great location! 7 minutes from downtown Alpharetta, and across the street from the Avalon, which is a high end outdoor mall with restaurants. Our room was comfortable and clean. We were pleasantly surprised of the workout equipment in our room! A yoga mat, resistance bands, etc. Also they had water available at the lobby. The only downside was the $10 for parking. I strongly believe this should be included in the night rate. Overall a good experience that I would reccomend to anyone visiting the area."

"I did not have a great experience. They 5 started closing the kitchen after breakfast. Which is cook to order but my oatmeal tasted instant. So no dinner service. My sink was stopped up(they did fix it). My room was 66 degrees, the heat at night would only cycle for a minute or 2 then shut off, it never got above 68 in my room. One of the 2 elevators was broken for 4 days of my stay. I understood it had been broken 2 weeks. They gave me 1 key, print the bill on both sides of paper. Seems like they are really focused on saving money. Not sure I will try it again."

"Come every year for at least a month. Perfect location. Always professional & super clean. Love this place & the pumpkins carving contest too was fun &gave a “homey” feel away from home! But absolutely my favorite thing about this spot is the water dispenser everywhere! Especially the one in the front lobby with the lemon & mint-YUM! Always so refreshing. Jenna (the customer service clerk)& I agree a fruit mix would be amazing to add some variety to the mix! Blueberry with strawberries even. That would be a winning combo."
