"Just wanted to hop on here and send out to the universe what an amazing experience we are having living here at AMORANCE Alpharetta! My husband and I have lived in NFulton our entire lives and love the old Alpharetta, and the new. We're also in the real estate business (@Berkshire Hathaway-Alpharetta); in the music business (both musicians as well as our 2 kids); active volunteers (City of Alpharetta, AFUMC, Village Park senior living and the local schools); and resident owners in the City of Alpharetta. We're currently in a transition phase as new empty nesters and in the process of planning our forever home build, just around the corner. So when pondering where we'd like to live for a few years, Amorance was hands down, our first choice! And boy were we right... We LOVE living here. 1. The staff is truly outstanding. I've never experienced anything as top notch in my 52 years of living and 30 years in real estate. Melanie, the property manager and Kimia and Yvette in the front office are all over-the-top amazing and make living here truly feel like it's a family. They are very kind, helpful and a class-act team. And the maintenance guys, Jan and David, are additionally remarkable. If you ever need anything or have any questions, their response is immediate, with satisfaction at 150%. It's hard to believe! They're FANTASTIC. 2. The property is also outstanding. The location couldn't be better located in downtown Alpharetta. The walkability to restaurants, bars, shops, stores, Publix, banks, churches, parks, trails, City Hall, the library... the list goes on, and it's fabulous. The facility itself has a variety of floorplans and price ranges to choose from that can meet any need for a luxury renter. The gym, exterior pool & party room, poolside game courtyard, grill & eat patios, firepit, herb gardens and top floor club room & balconies are all wonderful. 3. It's DOG FRIENDLY, PLUS! Not only do they allow dogs, they love on them and give them treats in the office - like family. It's tough to find a rentable space that provides luxury living + furry friends. (There are rules in place of course for noise, leashes and cleaniness so never a worry if you're NOT a dog owner, but great if you are :))) 4. It's surrounded by live music on every corner! Both being musicians, living in the heart of the city and being able to walk to live music, weekly, was a huge plus for us. The front lawn, back lawn, neighboring pubs and restaurants and numerous annual festivals keep the music vibe rocking and rolling! In closing, if you're in a transition phase like we are, and newly empty nested, OR single and private, OR single and want to meet others, OR retired and exausted from home owner maintenance, OR simply needing a city-ish pad in addition to your main residence... AMORANCE is the spot! We're so happy we found this little gem. The anxiety of building a new home has been released because this place is so easy, fun and perfect. "I love living at Amorance and want to call out the outstanding customer service from the team. Kimia and Yvette at the front office are by far some of the best front office staff team members I have ever encountered - they are always responsive and provides top notch service to all of the residents. Jan and David are also the best maintenance team. If anything goes wrong in an apartment, they are there in a quick and timely manner. Melanie is a fantastic property manager who ensures everything is always running smoothly, her and the team plan the best resident events. Last but not least, Ruth does a great job keeping our property clean and personally greeting many of the residents (and their dogs) in the mornings. So grateful for this team and for the experience of living here!"

"Claim to be “Dog- Friendly” but will provide a formal notice indicating you buy an E-collar from Amazon, specify a product that will shock your dog if they bark! I believe in dog training and currently investing a lot of money with a trainer however, my dog is still a puppy. I have a unit overlooking the pool in the atrium where all noise echoes. I came to the staff 4 months ago and indicated I have a desire for a puppy I’ll train to be an emotional support dog. The staff encouraged the idea and told me how they pride themselves on being pet friendly. It was never verbally communicated they have a separate set of noise regulations for dogs. I respect my neighbors and would have preferred a better line of communication. I would like to issue a formal apology to the 40 units that face the pool. Penny doesn’t mean harm, she loves sitting outside. I’m sorry I will not take this away from her as management suggested. She’s in formal training and will continue to work towards better behavior as she’s still a puppy and going through what professionals indicate is a “fear stage” which she will grow out of with proper training :)"

"Amorance raises the bar for apartment living. Every aspect of the property, service, etc is first rate. The attention to detail and finishes are well thought out. All of the staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous and always seem prepared to go the “extra mile”."
