"We stayed for one night as we were in town for a wedding. Our room and a friends separate room was not cleaned properly. They had trash left in their room beside the bed, while our bathroom floor was unswept. Both of our bathrooms sinks had difficulties draining water. We had a king size mattress that was hard as a rock! Keep in mind some rooms have connecting doors which is very scary. As females, I recommend requesting rooms that do not have connecting doors. Staff were kind. Breakfast was decent. We did not encounter any issues at breakfast. Though we didn't know who to speak to as the morning shift guy was busy on a personal call for over an hour. The female cook was awesome. She assisted us."

"If you are looking for a warm hotel that is a home away from home this is the hotel. My initial point of contact was with Tara, Front Desk team member. She was the most pleasant and accommodating person that I have met at a Hilton property on a long time. She deserves a "Caught you at your best" recognition. She wanted to make sure that we had a pleasant stay. Thank you! Kenken and Tam in the Food services/breakfast were extremely pleasant and catering as well. They served all of the guest during breakfast with exceptional service. Thank you to Jason also. You all deserve the 4 stars. I already recommended your property. We will be back."

"There were multiple things wrong and I felt unsafe. There was trash in the lobby I had to tell the front desk attendants about, the attendants spoke loudly and cursed amongst each other in their conversation. The Manager of the restaurant did not greet any Black guests during the breakfast serving time. He only greeted white guests. The room next to me, Room 624 was left unlocked and the door propped open all night. This made me feel as if something was going on in that room that shouldn’t have been. I reported it to the front desk and they basically laughed at me and wondered why I had an issue. I felt unsafe. Anyone could’ve walked in that room during the night. My experience was not a good one. At all. I was truly disappointed and dissatisfied."
