"My experience just calling to inquire was not one of a welcoming agent. I can't tell just by the conversation this wouldn't be a good fit. I won't go into details but the reviews tell it all. I'll pass! I'm only interested in welcoming, kind folks cause I'm not the one for any of what this place has to offer. It seemed very appealing but my gut told me it was a no go before reading the reviews."

"I never write any review whether it good or bad in my life. This is the first time I am writing to educate people so they dont have to go through emotional trauma like us. I moved here during last summer 2023 and they did not give me the unit that I filled the application for and they promised until the last minute and i had to take different ground floor unit since I was already waiting for two weeks by that time. After I moved in the apartment unit there was roof leak in the bedroom and they did not fix it until for five days and I have to live in that conditions for 5 days. Since they let the water leak for five days the mold started grown in the house. My child started to have health issues since he was can not live in a house with a mold and dust as he is allergic to those. I took him three times in a week to the clinic. Guess what after they fixed the roof leak in the bed room there was roof leak in the garage as well. They let it leak for two weeks literally the mold grown in the garage as well due to leak in the garage as well. I had terrible experience with the maintenance of the apartments and the people in the leasing office they are very rude and do not want to talk to you when you take any maintenance issue to them. Believe me it is not worth of your time and money. If they don't fix it they do not even have courtesy to move you to different unit until they fix if there is any major issue which led the unit not livable any more. You just have to suffer or break the lease and pay the two months fine get out of the property. Please think very carefully before you move into this property. I never seen maintenance people like them especially female manager and I do not want to mention her name as I have some dignity. I understand why people like to consider this property it is bit low rent wise compared to other properties in the same location but trust me when you calculate your suffer & sacrifice in the property with with the office people it is not worth at all. Me and my family has to suffer a lot sleepless nights with small children! I wish some one else does not have to go through same what we have gone through in the near future. This is the only reason I writing this review so it will help others make a wise decision. I wish the management and the maintenance people who work there have some kind of empathy towards people! "I have been living here for close to a month and I’ll start with the positive first. The complex is very quiet and gives a sense of security living by myself. Now to the negatives. I’ve placed at least four work orders which none have been addressed. A simple email, call etc would at least make me feel like somebody cares. A few of the repairs were minor so I did myself but the other ones will need to be done by a professional. Starting to believe I made the wrong decision moving here!!!!"

"The worse thing this complex could have done was change management and the front office staff. Do not waste your time moving here because it is definitely not worth the price. The units are infested with mold and bugs. Appliances barely work and when you place a work order, it takes forever to get things fixed. The most extreme is having my AC go out this summer and I went a month without air. I called and went by the office and my concerns went in one ear and out the other. They took my information down but it still took forever to get AC repaired. I was given a portable which leaked a week before I moved. Someone is always in the office but they never answer the phone. NEVER. When they do, you’re cut off when trying to explain and spoken to in a rude manner. I am not sure what type of residents the agents are use to dealing with. I have contacted corporate and still awaiting a response. Don’t waste your time moving to this property, between the service you receive, staffing agents and these tenants they are allowing to move in, DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE COINS. Ruuuuuuun !"

"We had two experiences here. One it was a great temporary housing place while our house was being built. Excellent location and having a garage was outstanding for an apartment. But mid-way our stay the apartments got new management. It was horrible. Our microwave was literally falling a part and no one would replace it. Some our our neighbors had bugs they could not get rid of. Talking to the new management was terrible. The gate barely worked. The pool was shut down half our time. And the fitness equipment barely worked. The location, garage, and size of three bedroom are what made this rating as high as it is."
