I can't wait to call this place home! So far my experience has been amazing and effortless to get info on whatever is needed. From their one gent in office Gil, to the three ladies Jouhanna, Taylor, and Jacque keep being great! Customer service means a lot when looking for your home. "Just wanted to give major kudos to the apartment office manager Ms. Jouhanna Ford and Mr. Gil and all of the great staff members in this location in Marietta. THEY ARE AWESOME. Our son first time renting and first time renewal a lease solo and they were patient with him and us to help him understand the details and dollar figures with his renewal. There were some missteps in the renewal amounts here and there but Ms. Ford graciously met with me, my husband and our son TJ and worked thru the details. Patience is a virtue and they definitely have that here in this office as we met for a loooonngg visit lol. Thank you Ms J and Gil for your family atmosphere at Element41 our son feels at HOME!"

"Before bridge property took over the previous company was terrible right after the transition to working with bridge properties it was so much better. Miss Joanna took her time with us throughout our lease term To ensure every problem that we brought up previously was fixed. The office team is very transparent when it comes to what is going on in our community. It’s a nice, peaceful community. Nobody bothers each other. The office is always making sure the community is cleaning and work orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion. I don’t have any complaints Renting from bridge properties at Element 41! Thank you so much to all the staff, especially Miss Joanna for making our transition from moving out of our Element 41 apartment into our home!"

"**** MY EXPERIENCE HERE**** I don’t want to be a bad person here but I must tell my experience. I never seen the apartment not even a model of the apartment. I needed to move as my roommate and I had to split. Upon coming to the property it looked decent. I moved in October of 2022 . The second day I experienced roaches without me even unpacking. My family and I decided to bomb the place while we were out making errands . I had my parents assist me in moving. The roaches got worse and I had the so called “ pest control “ spray but it wasn’t enough. I had to hire my own. I had them Move the fridge to spray and roaches and pest droppings were everywhere, we moved the stove and there was a hole and rat droppings behind. I am in no way lying and h of it all. I reached out to managemen to end my lease but it was certainly had to do so. I’ve went as far as having corporate come out to view my apartment to show I was a clean person . After a very long battle and putting down roach baits and fighting with the team I was let out of my lease only two months before lease was up but I would take it. I was told my deposit would be returned to me. However, all of my deposit was not returned and they took out fees that should not have been. I am constantly calling to dispute this but I just want to be done with them completely. This place is …. The one bedroom is too small and the money you pay will be just as much if it was another nicer place. I don’t wanna keep going but my experience was blah!!!!!!"

"My leasing agent Mercedes was a great help at move in and made the process of moving easy and stress free!! Responses to apartment repairs could be greatly improved. A lot of times the request aren’t accommodated in a timely manner or not at all. Communication with some of the leasing agents at the office are usually pleasant but not all are professional/kind. Overall the community is quiet and safe. The experience here at Element 41 is quiet and the premises are kept clean."
