"Horribly managed apartments. Valet trash is a mandatory service costing $30 and never works. Gates were installed and broke immediately, still do not function or close securely. I have emailed management every single day for the last 8 days about an issue and they are ignoring me. Some corporate intern will reply to this review saying "thank you for sharing and we are sorry, please contact our office so we can discuss." BUT I ALREADY HAVE AND NO ONE AT THE OFFICE WILL HELP. NEVER SIGN A LEASE WITH ELLIOT GATEWAY RE: Response from the owner - I have reached out to the office through email and phone several times already. If you cared to address anything I brought up, you would have done it by now or have proven you can't. Contact ME if you have anything noteworthy to add, otherwise I am waiting until my lease ends and dropping this dump forever"

"Maintenance will not come and fix anything. They will try to say you didn't put in a work order till you provide screenshots of where the work order has been open for weeks. Currently paying for pest control that don't seem to be working as even after you fight to get them to come spray your apartment the pest are still here. My hot water has been leaking from the bathtub faucet for over a week to the point when I shower there is hot water for 5-8 minutes only. My gas power hot water heater has been constantly running for almost three weeks, no maintenance work has even come to look at it however, they know they do not have the part to fix it. This is the most unprofessional apartment complex I've ever lived in."

The lady at the reception seems to be very irresponsible and the behaviour of her is aggressive. I strongly advise anyone considering renting from this property to think twice and explore other options with more competent and professional management. This has been the worst leasing experience of my life, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone else."
